That's Michaels/Nash vs. Ramon/123 Kid, is it? I watched that match for the first time in 1999, and remember it being great, although I don't remember much about it.

Fuck yes. I haven't watched it all yet (still on disc 1...), but the match listings, and reviews from everyone else make it one of THE DVD's that everyone should own. It has a bunch of Malenko matches on it, so that makes it an automatic must have .
A third generation of Hart wrestlers—the adolescent Dallas, Matt, T.J. and Harry, along with five-year-old Blade—pulled the mattresses in my hotel room onto the floor to turn them into wrestling mats. The sight of them with their shirts off getting all sweaty meant the world to me.

idk who would be my WOTY.
Christian and Swagger have had the best series of matches. Michaels and Taker had the best match (not just the best match, but 5 stars and my MOTD) and the best feud. Mysterio was the top performer in the Rumble and the RAW! Chamber, two of the most demanding matches. Edge has had a good/great match on every PPV. Cena has probably the best resume of matches this year, but hasn't interested me outside of the ring or had a decent feud.
Orton hasn't had a good match this year, a lot of his promos have been boring, and he's taken the ratings down considerably as champ. Not to mention he's getting less heat than Jillian Hall and The Miz.

Shit, forgot about that match lol. I wouldn't call it his best match, but its on his extremely short "matches over **** list". ****1/4 I think I gave it last year. Pretty awesome stuff.
Man, when I think about it, Orton's best match so far this year (excluding the RR match for obvious reasons) is his NWO match against Shane IMO! , for the so called "top guy" on Raw just now, that's pretty funny. Pretty embarrassing too probably .

I've yet to see a 2009 wrestling match this year (although this may change by tonight) by a lot of people in my section have been saying KENTA (whom WWE CM Punk has based his moveset on) has absolutely been on fire this year and a lot of people are calling him WOTY already.

And, don't forget Hunter's performance in the SmackDown EC match at No Way Out. Up until the point Hunter was in the internal chamber, the match was pretty lackluster, but after he got out into the external chamber, the match picked up big time and the finishing sequences between him and 'Taker were spectacular.
We've had some awesome matches this year, thus far:
- 'Taker/Michaels
- SmackDown EC
- Edge/Cena
- Christian/Swagger from ECW a few weeks ago
Pretty good so far.
Randy Orton hasn't had a single great match this year, and he has been the most dominant. Hope that changes in the up-coming weeks though.
