better tag team
more young talent
more veterens
more entertainers
more pure wrestlers
to me i think they need two or three more veterens(like christian cage)
if you bring in more estabalished veteren talent then you have more guys to try to put over and have quality feuds with the young guys that you want to later be your next top stars it also adds more depth to your main event picture so there are no repeat title matches constantly.

They have enough veterans, which are among the best in wrestling.
They need to go back to two things in my opinion.
SmackDown PPVs and Raw PPVs
Try and give everyone a push, but not a massive one to each. A small one. If they do well, obviously you can tell which ones are more deserving.
New stipulations for weekly matches. I don't care about Lumberjacks and Cages anymore to be honest.
The rest doesn't matter.

Superstar wise they are fine right now. got enough veterans and the young talent for the future is there. What they need to do is:
1)Cut down on the amount of PPV's. PPV's are happening way to soon and there is barely any hype for them & some people don't even realize until you here the commentators say its this Sunday that the PPV is coming up.
2)Get Rid of PG. Find a balance between PG & teen & Adult demographics.
3)More Creativity in storylines. One thing that made the Attitude era so good was the storylines.

More time put into the midcard/tag divisions.
A proper mix in programming between the kids,teens and adults(kids are still a good demographic).
More freedom in movesets and promos for wrestlers(Cena,Batista,Punk etc).
More experienced persons with great minds added to the creative staff(wrestlers like Dreamer,Raven,Austin and people like Shane and Heyman).

New tag teams and younger athletes would truely benefit the sport. Priceless is a prime example of that and today's ECW, there's so much of an unpredictability factor now that it could turn the industry around if they kept at it and had more faith in these young guys.
