LOL at the thought of Big Wiggle being skilled in the art of the Japanese style of wrestling. Why wouldn't they bring somebody like Tomko or Albert, who have gone over to Japan and successfully adapted to the Japanese style of wrestling and become far better performers for it, back to help train and go out there if they want somebody prolific in that style?

Norman worked in the UWF(shoot-style) for years in Japan...

If he wants better acting during the promos then he should let them write their own rather than giving them scripts to read. The HBK/Y2J fued has been great because they cut their own.

For the most part I like the sound of these changes. I'm not sure about having knockout finishes though. I think it would be better if they left that to the world of boxing.

I'd sugest Vince to read "Blue Ocean Strategy". The way of success is making your product more unique, not trying to imitate another company. WWE performers can get as stiff as possible, Vince will not convert a single person who prefers MMA/Boxing/Backyard wrestling.

Furthermore, it can lead to more performers injuried more often.

Because Tomko and Giant Bernard aren't prolific in shit. They're good wrestlers in their own right, but they never worked "a japanese style" in Japan, they were Americans working an American style in a Japanese promotion that has other guys also working an American style.

Norman Smiley, gay dancing aside, is a vet, a great wrestler, and had some killer stuff in promotions like UWF. I think he'd be a wonderful trainer. Honestly I don't know how much he knows about "the Japanese style" if there even is such a thing, but I think he could definitely help out in teaching some of WWE's younger guys how to work more realistically in the context of a WWE style match.

KO finishes I like. I like a LOT. More of that stuff, please.

No. It can't. If you're stiff and safe it's not remotely dangerous. Not as dangerous as, say, nearly blowing out your knee jumping off a ladder to the floor, or getting your teeth smashed out by said ladder.

I wasn't talking about that, lol. Realistically speaking anyways if you got hit with a sledgehammer you'd not only be bleeding but you'd be dead or at the very least have serious brain damage. Obviously that's not nor does that need to happen and they been doing sledgehammer shots without people bleeding since Trips starting doing it so it's too late to turn back on that.
