Morishima faced and won his matches against Charlie Hass in a RAW dark match and Jamie Noble in an ECW dark match this week. During the Smackdown tapings, ECW's Tony Atlas was with Morishima at ringside. WWE Hall of Famer Harley Race accompanied Morishima and represented him.

NOAH allowed Morishima to work with WWE as long as he does not appear on TV and could not do a job. If he signs with WWE, he will have to drop the Global Honored Crown Heavyweight Championship and it's believed that NOAH will receive a payment from WWE.

I am surpised that the WWE is getting cold feet. They had the guy win two dark matches. I thought that they really wanted him. Unless NOAH is asking for too much money. It would be a good business move because it might give more Japanese wrestlers the bug to go to the WWE. It's a wait and see thing.

I am guessing that they really want too much money. It's going to cost the WWE a few million at least. But maybe NOAH wants more than a few million. It has to be a high amount.

If they are just a couple million apart in money, I think they will get a deal done. But if the money is too high for the WWE, they will just walk away.

I don't know how he would be used if he was to join the WWE.

Maybe WWE and NOAH can come up with some sort of agreement without the finances.

That's the million dollar question. At least Takeshi knows where he stands in NOAH. In the WWE, who knows. And NOAH wants to get paid no matter what. And I don't blame them.

The question is would Morishima feel as comfortable about being in the WWE as he does in the NOAH? I don't think he would much like going from the top champion at his company and being turned into a mid carder.

Unless they turn him into a Japanese version of Umaga, I don't see him having success in the WWE.
