Anarchy Rulz 99 is easily one of the top 3 shows ECW ever put on.
Storm/Lynn-****1/2
Crazy/Tajiri/Guido-***3/4
Sabu/Credible-***3/4-****
Awesome/Tanaka/Taz-****-****1/4
I'm kinda doing some of these by memory, but I think their my ratings for the most part. There are a couple of other ***+ matches as well, RVD/Balls is pretty damn good as well IMO.

Yeah out of all the ECW PPVs I've seen that's probably my favorite. When I was younger I thought Credible/Sabu was like the most hardcore match ever. haha.

I wonder if the new Ric Flair DVD is as good as the Horsemen one???

Sabu/Credible is pretty awesome, lots of great bumps in that match.
I've still never seen anybody else do a table spot like the one where Sabu jumped over the top rope and Credible was face down the table, which was setup on the guardrail. Awesome stuff.

Yeah that was pretty sick. I imagine no one else has done because well it's so incredibly dangerous.
Also that powerbomb off the top on Tanaka through the table was pretty nice. Awesome was an absolute beast in that match.

The Awesome/Tanaka November 2 Remember 99 match is probably my favorite match of all time, I can watch that match even to this day almost 9 years later and just get straight goosebumps. The energy in that match is off the charts and even thought it's only like 14 minutes long, it feels alot longer.
I seriously love that match.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread II
i've only seen The Awesome/Tanaka off the Extreme rules DVD. Not sure which 1 it is but Tanaka loses the title after a 1 week reign.
A good ***3/4-****1/2 match, Havent watched in ages but

Re: Official WWE DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread II
There's a match between them from ECW on TNN in 12/99 that is around ****1/4, I think that's the match Edgehead is referring too.
It was in White Plains, NY I believe and Awesome won the title back from Tanaka.
Yeah I just checked the match listing for the Extreme Rules DVD and that is the match, and surpisingly it's the only match on the ECW original disc that I don't already own. Nothing on the new run DVD stands out really other than RVD/Holly(which was really good) and the intergender tag from ONS II.
I also most of the stuff on the Bloodsport DVD, other than the RVD/Sabu Stretcher match and Fonzie/Beulah matches. If I ever seem them fairly cheap I would consider buying them, especially since a good portion of my ECW stuff is on VHS.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread II
Yeah Meltz who has been pretty accurate for decades really shit the bed with his Lynn-RVD and Lynn-Storm ratings.
He barely has any matches at 5 stars and one of them is the Cage match at Summerslam 94 which I have seen rated ** 1/2 by someone (forget who) and I personally have it at *** 3/4 or **** (waiting to watch again.)
But oh well everyone rates certain matches differently then others but the concensus definately disagrees with him here on his ECW matches. Might have something against Lynn or the ECW style but those HH and LD matches provided everything and more needed in a wrestling match pretty much. They weren't perfect but the guys went all out!

I think KIF has it at **1/2. I have it at about the same rating as you Austin
