I'd probably go ***3/4 for the Summerslam match as well, Invincible.

I loved Orton's constant return to the headlock as his entire offence revolved around attacking Cena's head, and Cena sold it perfectly with the facial expressions being a highlight.

1997 was ok, his match with Sid at 'Mania 13 was pretty crap tbh (much like the whole event apart from Hart/Autin). His standout match of the year is obiously HIAC Bad Blood.

Cold Day in Hell vs SCSA was good aswell at ***1/2.

His match with Mankind at 'Revenge Of The Taker' was pretty great too.

I'm I the only one that really didn't like his match with Austin at 'A Cold Day in Hell'?

The Undertaker had so many great matches in 1997 against such opponents as:

Bret Hart
Steve Austin
Vader
Mankind
Shawn Michaels

And a couple of other guys I am probably forgetting.

Andy, you probably ain't the only one to not like his Austin match in 97, but I'm not one of them

. I prefer it to their First Blood Match in 99, and probably have it on par with their JD 2001 match.

Is it just me or does anyone else prefer the Stone Cold character pre-McMahon feud. When he was in the upper mid-card an working his way up etc, I found the character a lot more interesting and rebellious. His feud with McMahon and everything he did after that was awesome, but I prefer the character more in 1996 and 1997.
