I think it's there's no one's ass that more people have kissed but yeah probably.

I don't see how someone in Flair's position could of kissed ass. Who was there to kiss ass too? Ted Turner? Bischoff. Vin Man? I don't see it. And this is my fair view.

I think something could be said about Flair having to jump through a few hoops to get back into WWE. I'm going to leave it at that...

Honestly, I'm gonna say that HBK and HHH have had their lips on a lot of asses to get super pushes (at different times) like they have.
