Ultimate Warrior said on recent radio show that he wasn't happy with Batista stealing his shaking the ropes gimmick, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Batista noted in his book that copied the mannerism from Warrior. Warrior also said that if Batista ever saw him, his "tattoo would jump off his back." Warrior was also on a Dallas area radio show with a gay host, and he claimed that he was misquoted regarding his past statements on homosexuals
Ah it's a shame because they are both so alike. Y'know both shit, refuse to put anyone over, can't work at all, dickheads and everyone regrets their push.
I dont regret Warriors push regardless of what he did backstage or outside of the wrestling ring, or how much the WWE attempt to bury the guy, i loved him when i was a kid and no one can deny he was one of the most over guys ever in wrestling if you can split a crowd with Hogan in the 80s you should have the title.
I'll say this in defence of Warrior the person at least none of his kids are in jail!!!!!.

Yeah watching the Warrior DVD recently I never realize just how over this guy was. He at one point was bigger than Hulk Hogan which came after he beat him at Mania of course. But on the flipside the guy is just a flatout moron who's brain is fried on roids, lol.

Your right it's a fair point had i been watching wrestling back then i would have probably loved warrior too. Even I (a person who ranks warrior among my most hated wrestlers) cannot deny how over he was, some people just have it. Once again very similar to batista.
To be fair Dave did rip off the Warrior so its not nice ripping someone off then again Jim should be thankful someone like this big superstar using one thing that the Warrior did back in the day.
lol, always liked Warrior when I was a kid. Meh don't matter that Batista does the rope shaking bit now. Warrior did it better like a raving madman while Batista does a stupid little stomp with his foot while doing it.
