Warrior is a weird dude, and is no longer in the buisness - big deal. Wrestler steal/gimmick moves from other Wrestlers all the time.

Re: Ultimate Warrior Upset With Batista
No-one will want to steal anything from Batista when he retires, unless they want to learn how to phone-in matches spectacularly

Like the Ultimate Warrior or Hate him, makes no difference. If you hate him, it only shows that you are of a younger age than those that were there when he Pinned the Honky Tonk Man in a few seconds for the Intercontinental Title Belt.
We relish in the Memory of what was, The Ultimate Warrior.
Sadly, as per usual, Vince McMahon did his damndest to make all the $ from the gimmick of the Ultimate Warrior, and The Ultimate Warrior, was not going to take that kind of domination, thats why they went to court. Vince Lost, Warrior won. Of course Vince didnt appreciate Losing.
The DVD of the Ultimate Warrior was made, and instead of giving the Fan's what they deserved, we got a hackjob.
Was the Ultimate Warrior perfect? no. As a matter of fact, many wrestlers didnt like him at all, but this wasnt about the wrestlers, this was supposed to be about the fans.
To this very day, If by some unforseen circumstance that the Ultimate Warrior were to again appear in the WWF (WWE now) as soon as the music starts, I know that I for one will be filled with Awe, as I was, oh so many years ago.
I KNOW I wont be alone in that either.
The Ultimate Warrior puts on One Hell of a Show, and I personally guarantee, that I would pay good $ to see another one, win or lose, the excitement builds with each and every story I see.........
youre mileage may differ

About the fans? Warrior didn't do it for the fans, he did it for the hefty pay check at the end of the match, that's what made him and Vince McMaoh get into a money dispute. Warrior asked Vince before a match he was going to do for a raise and threatened to leave the WWE and not do the match. Vince agreed, he did the match and he was fired. I can't see how Warrior was doing it for the fans when he was so willing to let down all those kids, all those fans by leaving because of a raise.
Maybe the Warrior was big back then, but the facepaint and costume don't hide his true colours

I was speaking about the DVD that the WWE Released. THAT Was supposed to be for the Fans, not for Vince to make oppertunity to make $ bashing someone, reguardless of how they left the WWF.

If the "Warrior" would have shown respect for Vince, his colleagues and the Wrestling in general, that kind of DVD might have been possible.
I agree that it was crap for the Warrior-fans. But there were 2 other reasons to make that DVD - instead of nothing at all:
1. Warrior acted like an idiot many, many times and so challenged that kind of treatment. 2. All those guys, who were insulted by him and his inhumane statement, loved exactly this DVD. I personally enjoyed it, because it was mean - but against a person, who deserved that.
As far as his fans go, you're right. The least one can do, is making it perfectly clear, that this DVD isn't for many Warrior-fans, who don't want their icon be touched by his own questionable personality.

Another thing man the Warrior is not talented Batista has more moves then the Warrior. I loved the DVD aswell and Vince did ask Warrior but again Warrior made it about money.
