I thought Raven had a kick ass DDT. He made the move look great and he also used it as a finisher for a number of years.

Raven could sell the DDT to perfection. I wouldn't want to have him botch it on you though, as for it not being used I agree haven't really seen a lot of wrestlers resort to using it.

Everyone remembers Jake for for having the move for years but everyone had seem to forgot about Raven / Dreamer who were top superstars using that hold.

Out of all the basic wrestling movies it is still one of the best for sure. So I agree yes it is bad ass.

Roberts is the creator and best man to ever execute the DDT. Since no one can do it as effective it's no biggie it's a regular now. Although Chavo and Tajiri both deliver a mean Tornado DDT.

A guy in Japan named Shinya Hashimoto had a Brainbuster DDT finish that looked pretty damn sick when he hit it, but Jakes is still the best.

Second DDT thread of the day, and once again its a move that is overused (since anyone can do it) which dampens its effectiveness in the fans eyes, but in the hands of someone who is an excellent worker like Jake it's an awesome finisher.

It all depends on the sell factor. If it's done with some charisma, it's a good finisher. Jake built his entire match to culminate with a ddt. Hayes would hit it quick and effectively. Raven and Dreamer would sell it to the fans like Matt Hardy does with his twist of fate. Cody just hits a very plain, non-charismatic ddt. It's like comparing a Rude Awakening to a neck breaker. It all depends on the wrestler.

The D.D.T is a pretty Awesome move really

If you make it look good it looks effective and its a good move just to do randomly in a match
