Edge is the king of the ladder match
I was watching the Ladder Match DVD and NO ONE comes close to beating Edge in a ladder. He has taken all the big time bumps. Jeff Hardy's only impressive feat is doing swantons and what not, but that's just nothing. Edge will take T-Bone Suplexes, will do a spear, FUed, basically ANYTHING. Edge does all this high-risk stuff, and is still standing today to tell about it.
It makes you wonder how he can do a spear off the top of the ladder and not get injured, but all it takes is for HHH to kick Austin out of the Walls of Jericho for him to get injured (Not a bash at HHH, just makes me wonder ya know). Honestly Edge's body must be made out of iron. He is the king of the TLC and he's not even a glorified spot monkey - a very impressive feat.

Not to mention he is also very good in the hardcore matches, Remember wrestle mania 22 were he speared foley threw the ropes into a burning table. It makes me wonder also how a young superstar is putting hes life at risk so many times to show up a good show

Triple H was injured when he stepped, not when he "kicked" anything. And that was an unusual occurrence. It's very much the exception, not the rule.
I'm all for praising Edge and his feats in TLC & hardcore matches, but your logic is just WAY off. Triple H, likewise, has taken some devastating & risky bumps throughout MANY stipulation matches in his career too. And he's come out without injury plenty of times. The same goes for a number of other wrestlers out there.

Yeah, that was ridiculous. They should've had the regular match in Edge's hometown and the TLC in Cena's. Once rap CDs stop selling so high and his spinner belts stop selling, Cena will be just another jobber.

Where did I make fun of HHH? I know HHH has been in matches like that and I watched his ladder match and it was great, but all these guys come out unscathed it seems in ladder matches, but then they tear their muscles in a regular match. What's up with that?

Re: Edge is the king of the ladder match
Its a shame that Triple H has been on top of the high risk moves meaning he is delerving them more then half of the time, But HHH is a respected wrestler and i respect him alot, People like cena should just let the experince people do what they do and then if hes gona win he wins instead of him having moves what is completly not selling.

Re: Edge is the king of the ladder match
The moral of your post is correct but your reasoning is well, kind of off. I agree that Edge is the king of the ladder/TLC matches, hell even tag team matches.
By the way, I'd die for a HBK/Edge Ladder Match, how sweet would that be? Regardless of the fact that HBK's far past his prime and his body is banged up, that's still a dream match of mine and he still has some more stellar performances left in him.

Re: Edge is the king of the ladder match
JBL= Commenatary God
Edge= Ladder Match God
If you haven't seen the Ladder Match DVD, SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway you can, as long as its legal. Al though this is when the late Eddie would say its only stealing if you get caught lol.
Anyway Edge will forever be the greatest ladder match wrestler of all time, second will be HBK and thrid Jeff Hardy

Agreed on everything you said. Looking back as a child I would have said Hardy Boyz but now that I'm older and wiser I see why the WWE always had Edge and Christian win those matches.
