I think it'd be interesting to name wrestlers or gimmicks that didn't survive long in the WWF/WWE and WCW. By "long" I mean not even longer than 1-2 months.

The only wrestler I can think of at the moment is Mordecai. Wrestled about 2-3 matches, lost his last match to Mysterio, never heard from again.

EDIT: Added WWF/WWE and WCW to the list, to make things more interesting.

What about Chaz/Mosh when he became Beaver Cleavage or something like that for about a couple of weeks lol. If I remember correctly, he was also accompanied by a female by the name of Marianna if I remember correctly. (She also passed away in 2004 I think, related to breast cancer, R.I.P.)

There was also B.B. (Barbara Bush) a female medic who got put through a table by the Dudleys and who strutted her stuff at the 2000 Royal Rumble in the Bikini Contest.
