Heel/Face turns a thing of the past?
With the exception of Carlito there hasnt been a change in anyone in forever now.
For instance, I think Cena and Lashley would benefit HUGELY by going heel and MVP and Kennedy going face.

Kennedy is turning face, Hunter just turned face last year to team with HBK. Carlito and Cade/Murdoch just turned heel. They aren't a thing of the past, you just aren't seeing much happen lately because a lot of the top names that would make a noticeable, impactful turn are out with injuries.

A lot of the big faces aren't turning heel because they are too popular and make too much money to turn heel. And even if they did turn heel there wouldn't be any big faces that would be able to fill their shoes. There is a reason Cena has been in the title picture for the past 3 years and that is because he makes a lot of money for the company and there aren't any strong enough main event faces to take his spot.
