I don't believe they were ever released on DVD in the US. You could check eBay for the VHS's though.

If your talking about extras alone, Pillman is WAY better then the McMahon DVD just because of the quality of matches and promos on there.
Document wise, I say both are about even.
Overall: Pillman DVD.
