There wasn't any superior storytelling in the Kane match at all. The whole thing was absurd from the get go. There was no way Kane was gonna bleed. They booked themselves into such a corner. Kane SETTING HIMSELF ON FIRE IF HE LOST would of been cool though.

I thought the storytelling was great. Austin working his ass of to beat the living hell out of Kane & retain his championship by all means necessary. The cards were stacked against him and he had to fight that off. The camera views of Vince McMahon during the course of the match just brewed it even more by help displaying how much Austin NOT wanted as WWE Champion by the heels. Kane's selling was surprisingly better than expected. I thought Austin & Kane meshed together well.

I suppose I'll go back & rewatch the tag-match that received a 'controversial' rating from I.

Good reviews louballer5588 & RKO Destiny™. The recent praising of Eddie/JBL from Judgment Day 2004 is really putting me in the mood to watch it . I just recall the blade job from Eddie, which was unbelievable.

I'd give it higher but the match seemed short compared to their Wrestlemania match(makes sense). The finish was nice though, and seeing blood drippin out of Edge's nose and mouth was sickness on a level you rarely see in WWE anymore.(or TV pro wrestling for that matter.)

Considering I only own 1 match on the Rock DVD(Rock/Taker/Angle) then it's probably a must buy for me. I would've preferred the No Mercy or Vegeance matches with Jericho tho to the Royal Rumble one.
