I agree with you that he was better then Benoit & Bret (Who, according to somebody on YouTube, called The Kid the greatest of all-time as well). Benoit was great, but he really didn't do what he did nearly as well as Dynamite did it.
Awesome review Clique, i agree with the ratings you've given there

In a Shoot Q & A video i've seen he says Dynamite was truly the best there ever was, one of the very few people he regards that were better than he was in the ring, similar sentiments are made in his book aswell.

Everybody will argue that the wrestler who entertains them the most isn't repetetive (I know I was guilty last night), but in the end it doesn't really matter - if they entertain you and you personally think they'er great, then who the fuck cares if they're repetetive!? Christ, I must have typed the word repetetive about 60 times in the alst 24 hours.

Talk about being repetitive.
Good to hear from you too. I know you will enjoy disc 2 on the Mysterio set.

Finally, Vince/HBK from Wrestlemania 22 is probably Vince's best match, yeah. Either that or the cage match from St. Valentine's Day Massacre (shocker, someone's best match is with Shawn or Austin).

Why didnt u write my name?
And yeah, if anyone wants to disagree Id happily flame them..

Not too hard to disagree. It's Shawn Michaels, he has made a living of making classics with just about anyone.
I swear I would buy a PPV headlined by Michaels vs. a broomstick.

Good on Bret, i agree with him. He had some amazing matches with DK himself.
The shocking thing is that Dynamite probably retired before he saw his best years. I think a LOT of people would consider him to be the greatest of all-time had he not retired when he was like, 12..

Kennedy, DK is truly fucking awesome. Most of what I've seen of the guy has been in the Tiger Mask series and with the Brittish Bulldogs, but from that I'd put him over Bret (in the technical wrestling department I mean) and only just under Benoit. Miles ahead of Davey Boy who seemed to be taking the role of a larger Dynamite in the team's days. The guy was, as has been said, so far ahead of his time it's fuckin' remarkable.
|
Agreed. Although i wouldn't put Benoit above him. He didn't have the psychology of Dynamite imo.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread
Still think he should turn heel and have another run with the belt thus to further his legacy. I would love to see Michaels (heel) vs. HHH (face).

I wouldn't mind another HBK title reign but I agree that I'd prefer him to be heel if he was champ.

LOL, I swear I just read my post before reading this and thought, "shit I forgot to put ILMJ's name!" I never put anybody's name specifically for that part though because I think someone else was talking about that too and I couldn't rmrmber which person .
And Clique, I may have even enjoyed Mysterio's disc 2 more than disc 1! I'm going to have to watch it again before doing a review (which I would've liked to have done already) instead of just posting ratings (I like to explain myself, y'know), but either way, it's freakin' awesome.
Also, Kennedy, it's only just slightly (I mean VERY slightly) below Benoit as far as Dynamite goes for me. Psychology was a huge strong point for both men.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help/Discussion/Review Thread
What was a good Shawn Michaels match that he had with someone who wasn't very talented?
