I'm going to watch that match again relatively soon because I'm going right into Armageddon 2002 after 2000, so I wonder what I will rate it. Out of all the HHH-Shawn's, I actually remember this one the least so we'll see.

Well, they're the only 3 Stages of Hell matches in history, so it's kinda hard not to compare them. Your ****1/2 rating for it is comparable to 5 stars as well.

For the record I did compare mine to Austin/HHH 3SOH. I felt that a *1/2 deduction for HBK/HHH was fair.

Don't mean to stray away from the conversation but I was wondering what all of you had Taker vs. Rock vs. Angle from Vengeance 2002? I have not seen it since I watched it live.

One of my fav matches, and certainly my fav triple threat. I gave it the full 5 stars, but I don't think anyone else has it that high .

I watched the match (3SoH) a couple of years ago without rating it and I even thought it was a little subpar. Then I watched it again when the Hunter Hearst dvd was released to see if it was as bad as some people were saying it was and I do agree that it isn't very good. I wouldn't go dangerously low on the match like a * but I wouldn't go as high as a ***1/2 either. I'd probably go around ***, probably less, say a **1/2 which isn't totally awful, but those guys in a 3SoH match should be doing great things; and yeah that first fall really was pretty boring.

I had the same feeling with their hiac but I went back and watched it about a month ago and found the hiac to actually be really good, around ****. Another match that they should have cut out like 15 minutes, but with the rest of that Bad Blood card, it's no wonder those two went like 50 minutes or whatever they did.

I remember their RR '04 match blowing pretty hard though but I haven't wasted my time watching it recently.

Most of the HBK/HHH matches were pretty underwhelming apart from the Street Fight and, for me (and 'cal as well), the HIAC which I loved big time. A LMS and 3SoH between the 2 should have been, like Superbrawl mentioned, much better.

I liked their HIAC too. Agree with the 4 star rating.
