Austin101 I think you're right but it's most important to compare who's in the match with what the rating is. If it's two lower level guys, **1/2 is average or slightly above average. *** is a well above average match. I've already been through how I do mine, I do believe in general you find lower ratings to still include better matches. I'm more lenient with my ratings for the most part though.

I think ** is not really a "good" match, but a match that is watchable and entertaining.

A ** 1/2 is an enjoyable match, and quite good, especially if the match is surprisingly better than expected.

A *** is a "good" match. Just solid, good stuff.

A *** 1/2 is when it gets really good.

**** - Great match. **** 1/2 - Amazing, must see.

The best thing about teh Armageddon HIAC for me was Austin and Rock ggoing at it. It was the first time they did since Austin's return I believe.

I agree bo3abed2 though about Rock and Austin. There confrontation at Rumble 01 was also wicked. The WWE saw how the fans reacted to this which is how they knew what they wanted there WM main event to be IMO.

Oh yeah def. I loved the Rumble confrontation more than the HIAC. The way they stared at each other, the cameras zooming on their faces, each in a corner. Pulling themselves up. beeting the crap out of each other. I was jumping up and down. I own the Rumble just for that. It was the best Rumble imo.

I picked up the Ultimate Ric Flair collection along with the McMahon DVD the other day. Can't wait to watch the Flair DVD.

I am going to do a review of the Triple H DVD and then the Austin one followed by a Wrestlemania 24 review and then a review of the Flair DVD.

The Ric Flair Dvd is very good. All of the matches are good except the one against Triple H which was average.
