It is not a reccomended pick-up but if you could find a better Biography then go with something else. The extra matches are decent. The actual Biography is kind of mediocore, it dosen't really provide much information that the WWE fan wouldn't know.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help & Review Thread
The History of the WWE Championship was a great dvd, tons of great matches, along with historical ones like Hogan/Andre, and Hogan/Warrior. I hope they release a History of the WWE Championship part two, or a History of the World Heavyweight, ECW, and WCW Championships.

Rise and Fall of ECW is a must buy for anyone who likes or liked the Old ECW. It has 8-10 hours of material. The Documetary part is like six hours long alone. It took me a couple of days to watch the whole thing. The Extras are average no must see matches. I wish they would have a Rise and Fall of WCW. You think they would with their huge Video Libray and it would show how dominant Vince is in the wrestling business by knocking out two opposing businesses.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help & Review Thread
Monday Night Wars was good, I have it also. A Rise and Fall type DVD would be would be totally different then Monday Night Wars. WWE has so many types of DVDs that they could release with that huge libray. I would like to see a Best Of Technical wrestling. Like showcase 2 discs, 20 matches, of the best Tecnical wrestling matches in WWE, ECW and WCW history. I like Entertainment as in Hardcore and Controversy but I like a good WRESTLING match once in a while.

Speaking of that, anyone remember Summerslam 88 or 89, I forget which (the one with the tag team with Zeus in it) when Savage gave Hogan the elbow and Hogan STOOD STRAIGHT UP in a blantent attempt to kill Savages career? My god I hate Hulk Hogan.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help & Review Thread
If you want a good feel for what ECW truly was don't buy Rise and Fall because that DVD only gives you one side of the story. However, the DVD Forever Hardcore gives you every aspect of what ECW was from lockerroom happenings, who had problems with who, etc.

Re: Official WWE DVD Help & Review Thread
^^ I have heard that. But as far as the wrestling footage goes, pick up the Rise and Fall. If you like ECW I would recommend both. Forever Hardcore has the better documentary, but Rise and Fall has the footage to go with the stories.
