Yep, and what's there to '' about? Even if you disagree, they were very close in terms of skill. Hardly laughable.

Angle was better in the ring for me, he had better matches, he was more exciting in the ring, he had a better move-set and he executed his moves better. Benoit was the better seller.

Angle > Benoit.

Benoit blew away Angle. Not just his selling, but also his facial expressions, ring psychology, and the fact that he got so great at so many different styles of wrestling without relying so many times on HOLY SHIT~! spots made him a true in-ring great.

That's all I can remember. No Mercy 02 is probally worth the price just for those 2 matches alone.

See this guy knows what he's talking about. Angle was way better than Benoit charisma and mic skill-wise, but benoit had him covered pretty comfortably in the squared circle.

Watching any of those contests, I'd find it hard to believe Angle's performances were more impressive than Benoit's.

Benoit/HHH/HBK and Benoit/Y2J Ladder Match were both better than anything Angle ever delivered, bar their match at RR 2003. Angle/Austin, Angle/HBK and Angle/Brock come close, but not quite.

Angle vs. HBK at WM 21 hovers pretty damn closely to five stars.
