Also, can anyone say what is the best volume from the Royal Rumble anthology? I am thinking of egtting number 3 but I have to make my mind up tomorrow, I'm not really a fan of old wrestling so number 1 is most probbly out the question.

Yeah your right about that for sure. They have essentially every match u could think of from every major promotion in the last 20-25 years and yet it seems like alot of these anthology DVD's are a dissapointment.


One of these day's they should do somtething really cool and let the fans vote on what matches they wanna see a DVD collection. I know it would prob never happen but it would be nice to see it go down one day.

I could only pray for that. I would create the ultimate HHH, Kurt Angle and Rock DVDs.

I swear to god if they mess up the Austin dvd I'll be really pissed.

Not only did they choose terrible ones for Cena (and left a shit load off of HBK)

But this Raw set...there's no excuse for this. Bret Hart alone on Raw is reason enough to put in some 94-96 matches instead of So many terrible Cena matches.

Then there's the fact they didn't include SOME GREAT work from 98-2001 (attitude era) and that just makes me completely pissed off.

I'm not getting this DVD, no fucking way. I already own the complete Raw's from 99 and 2001 and a lot of the more popular segments in Raw history are already on the Monday Night Wars DVD.

But if they don't include some GREAT Austin matches on his DVD then I'll be really pissed. My biggest beef with the Austin one though will likely be that I already own the bulk of his important matches. (VS BRET, vs HBK KOTR 97) and a ton of other Wrestlemania and Royal Rumble matches where he was stellar.

It would be great if they added in him vs steamboat, some hollywood blondes work (that isn't already on the pillman dvd) and some rare matches from 1997, 1998 and 1999. Not to mention they should have a lot of his heel run on there (unfortunately no Benoit which cuts out at least 3-4 good matches)

I'd like to see something like this.....

They did. The History of the WWE Championship was made up of matches the fans voted on.

Really? I had no idea. I own that DVD and kinda feel it's a bit lackluster as far as the matches go.

Plus a bunch of matches on that thing are on alot of other releases.

Consider marks and kids vote on thosethi9ngs I dont always think the right choices are made. But even so that RAW DVD rally could have been done better. Whens it out here?

Yep, they had a poll for the fans to vote on what matches they wanted to see on the DVD, and from what I understand they put the DVD together from that poll.
