TBH, he does this every few years to try to get his name out there.
His father was a WWWF champion in the 70s for like 9 days and he feels like needs a run with the belt to cement his family's legacy or something of that ilk.
Guy had potential. Could have been a solid hand and was willing to do anything out there. That said he can't really help this product or this era. He's just too far removed from the situation. This era could use more people willing to do whatever it takes to make things interesting. The way he went about his career with the zeal in which he attacked whatever ridiculous nonsense he was handed. That mentality would be very useful this era.
They could always use another jobber to lose at house shows I suppose. I'd be surprised if this lackey ever got back on the main roster. Dude was horrible the entire time he was in WWE.
Just because he was a jobber does not mean he does not have a good mind for the business, Once again people getting caught up in the fact that wrestling is real... IT'S NOT
WWE is so bad that career jobbers of the past think they could save it. That tweet is more entertaining tan 9% of everything WWE have done in the last few years though.
