A guy who has a decent physique and have a great menacing look for heel.
Just look at roster you have a fat guy who is heel that ppl would laugh at his face if he threatens you.
Next you have a guy whos been champion and hes smaller than flairs daughter.
Vince should fcking push jindar to teach a lesson to entire roster
THE BIGGEST THING THE WWE IS MISSING IS NOT A MUSCLED UP JOBBER TO MAIN EVENTER, IT'S LARGER THAN LIFE CHARACTERS, GOOD STORY LINES/PROMOS/MIC WORK, WINS/LOSSES/CHAMPIONSHIPS THAT MATTER, AND DIVERSE MATCHES THAT AREN'T ALL EXACTLY THE SAME.
Benoit and Eddie were also on steroids during the time they reached their peak in their careers. I know a lot of you don't want to believe it but size does matter.
It's like people forget that Braun exists to fit their narrative of needing a top guy with a good physique and a dominating presence and that guy being Jinder fucking Mahal. So awful.
A lot of people will be eating their words after this Jinder run. He has been given an opportunity and he has knocked it out of the park so far.
No matter what you think, Jinder is one of the most talked about guys in the wrestling world these days. His attack on Orton got almost 2 million views on Youtube. His win last week got the same. He is entering Roman/Goldberg levels of online attention.
And he will be holding the title from now until Backlash as sort of a "trial" run so that WWE can see how he would look as champion and if he can carry the show, without actually having him win the title. Theres no risk there, and they get to experiment with how Smackdown would look with Jinder in the role of WWE champion.
I'm on record in another thread as saying I'm open to the Mahal title reign as I think everyone deserves a chance and it's been a while since there's been a top heel faction not named the Authority.
I'm just pointing out the stupidity of the OP considering there are more intimidating looking guys in WWE and that Owens proves look isn't everything :draper2
This thread is bad and the OP should feel bad for creating this thread. Jinder's character is something we've seen so many times in the past and I'm not sure if its ever worked so just because he's got this stupid so-called look doesn't mean he should be the top heel.

Oh you think so? Because I think Jinder is an example of how looks aren't everything... for example, even a fat wrestler like Kevin Owens can be more talented at literally EVERYTHING than a jacked wrestler like Jinder Mahal. He is no good.
That's fair enough. I'm half-half on the Jinder thing, it's new and intriguing but at the same time it's not at all what I think they should be doing at the moment. I'll keep an open mind though as I find is always required with WWE.
Owens shits all over Jinder as a pro wrestler and proves physique isn't everything. The greatest heel in WWE right now is the Miz who's a friendly looking guy, and as for actual physically intimidating heels, both Strowman and Lesnar exist. Mahal looks like a joke next to both of those men, and as a pro wrestler, he couldn't lace the boots of at least three of the four wrestlers I mentioned in this post. This thread is stupid.
Most of those wrestlers you're praising were all shat on by the internet wrestling community for a long time until they were finally accepted. Especially Miz.
and lmao @ you saying Jinder looks like a joke next to Lesnar or Stroman but some of you out there actually want to see Finn Balor go over Lesnar. just lmaoo
Jinder is probably being pushed for the Indian audience, probably draw in an audience...or at least they hope. They might even have an event organised there.
That's the other thing. Jinder is still a jobber, just one being propped up by a stable. People - even casuals - will still look at him and think "loser". His presence is not nearly as strong as some here would like to believe. At least Owens has a kayfabe track record of putting superstars out for extended periods of time and can come across as a violent psycho. Yeah, Jinder has a nastier look to him, but in terms of presence he's got nothing on Owens.
I'm not saying he's only got the look to his name, just that using that as the sole justification of a push as the OP indicates doesn't work and that there are other far superior heels in the company.
The OP made a ridiculous statement to be controversial. Fact remains though, the Jinder Mahal push has gotten people huffing and puffing like never before. It's got people talking and the big divide between people who like this and hate it is great. The haters will stay kicking and screaming, refusing to believe this is actually happening.
