Why Kane had less World Titles...

... compared to the likes as Big Show, Rey Mysterio ir Sheamus

I think Prime Kane and Unmasked Kane had one hell of a ride and people loved the shit out of him. Still Kane only is a 2 times world champion + ECW champion and that's it.

His first reigns was even just for one day. I think the guy has deserved far more than he have gotten... Even more for his loyality and work for the company

It's because he didn't backstab like others in the locker room, he didn't play politics.. which is ironic considering his current career path, but anyway.. I would imagine if he had pushed his size and longevity around as others had he probably could have had many more and longer title reigns. At least that's the going consensus.. Or perhaps maybe he really was just happy hooking up testicles to car batteries, tombstoning celebrities and clergy, setting people on fire, and being in some of the best tag teams.. I can't really speak for the man.

I always wondered why Kane didn't have more of main titleruns.

And the titlerun they gave him with WHC title where he decimated Taker in 3 PPV's in a row (where i expected Taker to win the last match), i felt it was just bad that then Edge came and just knocked Kane into oblivion by messing with Bearer etc. I just didn't like the way he got the title from him. Not that it's Edge's or Kane's fault. Just to me, the story didn't work as it should have.

The WWE wanted to give him the title properly much earlier than his Smackdown title reigns, especially in order to promote See No Evil, but Kane has kids at home and he didn't want to make the commitment for all the house shows and media appearances. I guess the Smackdown title wasn't encumbered with the same burdens of the Raw title.

I think Kane is too nice, and as a result his legacy isn't what it could be. If he was booked properly he could be just as legendary as Taker by now, but they made him a joke and he always puts people over instead of being selfish like most others and protecting himself.

Kane and Show are still better than 90% of the roster now.

Garbage like Wyatt, Ambrose, Balor, Mahal, James Ellsworth, a 50 year old Goldberg and even Kevin Owens (who I like but has no business holding a world title) Have all been in the main event scene in the last year and none of them can hold a candle to Kane and Show, it's a shame that their booking in their later years have blinded people to just how talented they both were and how much they've done for the company.

His peak coincided with the Attitude Era (when there was a lot of competition) and HHH's reign of terror. Beyond that he was just a JTTS who wasn't treated much different to any other upper midcarder.

From a personal point of view, I never thought he was that good. I can't really name that many notable promos or matches from him in a 20 year career.
