Before people get their panties in a bunch, since this forum is full of butthurt marks who cant appreciate banter and jokes, they are just having fun. Them and the Revival have a friendly rivalry thing going on.
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to put the time. It happens at like 4 minutes and 50 seconds in.
Would love to see Revival vs. Young Bucks one day. I mean, they’re just 2 polar opposite teams. The Revival had a bunch of classics last year working an old school style and with the Young Buck it’s moves, flips, and dives galore.
I’m not even the biggest Young Bucks fan but this match intrigues me.
Damn, I wish I went to that shop when I was in Tokyo, so much cool shit!
I like these friendly cross company rivalries, add fuel to any possible feuds down the line like when Daniel Bryan announced to the crowd that "John Cena is NOT better than me!!" on his last ROH show. Then they had matches together in WWE and now they're basically brother-in-laws. Funny how things work out, huh
They won't, because they know what happens to tag team wrestling in the WWE these days. Tag team division is obsolete and no one gives a flying shit about it.
I could stand in the middle of that ring and fart a wet fart in the microphone and these dumb fans will give me an this is awesome chant and a standing ovation for it.
Damn, one of those responses where you have no choice but to respond, because you don't want Fake News getting out.
Facts:
1. Bucks are probably the most over Indy tag team in the US.
2. They are on TV.
3. They probably make more money then the high end Mid-Card guys in WWE with their booking and merch sales.
So you can bash them for bashing sake, but the comment really does nothing except get a cheer from misguided WWE fans unwilling to be open minded to the wider world of Pro-Wrestling.
Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks will be in the WWE someday. I don't care much for the Bucks but it would be nice to see them take on The Revival since both teams have completely opposite styles in-ring. Just a friendly banter from the Bucks since I'm sure that there's mutual respect between both parties. :aj3
Besides Bucks v. Revival... I would also like to see:
- Bucks v. American Alpha
- Bucks v. #DIY
- Omega/Bucks v. Balor or Styles/Club
- Omega/Bucks v. The New Day

While he is right, I think someone is butthurt, mostly because the Young Bucks probably sell way more t-shirts than they do despite "being in the biggest wrestling company in the world"
And inb4 any stupid arguments why they dont - I dont care. I watched their matches, they are boring to me, so they suck. I dont care about Meltzers' stars or popularity. Just dont be boring.
What a match this would be if it ever happens, complete contrast of styles but they would mesh so well together. Come to think of it there's a load of teams I want to see Young Bucks face eventually, DIY, American Alpha, The Club, Sheasaro and the New Day just to name a few would be all be fun and unique in their own way.
Right now I like the chances of the Bucks going to WWE eventually, if they sign with ROH again after their current deals though I would start to question it a bit more then.
I doubt the strength of the tag division will determine whether or not the Young Bucks will sign(although I do think it will look pretty good a year and a half from now). I think it will be what the WWE intend on doing with the YB and Omega trio. If the plan is to debut them as a unit and push them as top guys, I think they would absolutely sign.
Young Bucks would have happily signed for WWE this past year but they didnt offer enough money, and they were making more money with ROH/NJPW and selling merch with less dates than they would if they accepted the WWE deal.
Omega is a different case since its not about money with him and he has always had that "Us vs Them" mentality with WWE but this last few months have made it look like hes starting to come around to the idea.
The Revival are an old school heel kick-your-ass tag team throwback which I love.
Young Bucks are everything that's wrong with the business today. They don't look like a pro wrestlers so who the hell is gonna take him as a damn threat?
You see Revival and Bucks at an airport, who you gonnna be more scared to approach? Who's gonna work you on the spot and be a proper heel? The old-school throwback a**holes or the mark-for-themselves '2Sweet' scrawny asses who'll take a pic with your kid?
That ain't a heel son, that's kayfabe dyin' infront of your eyes.
