I mean the past year alone, you'd have some great PPVs - but if you're strictly speaking GREAT in that they could potentially be in top 10 PPVs of all time, then I'd have to say Wrestlemania 30. I mean it really had it all.
- One of the best segments in wrestling history (Austin, Rock, Hogan)
- One of the best opening matches in Wrestlemania history (Bryan vs. HHH)
- A passing of the torch moment, on a smaller scale (The Shield decimating Attitude Era guys)
- Cesaro getting a big Wrestlemania moment
- The streak that had lasted 21 years prior, ENDED.
- Briliant feel good moment with Bryan winning the big one.
Aside from the takeovers I would say Wm 30 as far as I can remember. Bryan winning the title, cesaro winning the battle royal, the streak ending. So much.
Probably Summerslam 2014 because the main event was so different from what we usually got. I personally liked Survivor Series 2016 as well, especially the men's elimination match but can't say for sure if was great.
Wrestlemania 30 was one of those events that was under appreciated at the time but looking back it was one of the biggest and most important events in WWE history.
