Honestly, the state of him tonight. Can barely move let alone wrestle at this point, and his physique is an absolute eyesore, just looked like a fat, old man.

Time to hang it up.

Taker/Reigns at Wrestlemania will be an absolute shit show.

I could not agree with you more. He is terribly terribly out of shape. He is barely moving with his fat belly. Flair at WM 24 was way better. I do not want to see him in WM anymore. He is done. A farewell match at survivor series might be ok.

As much as it kills me to write this...I completely agree with you

He has always been my favourite, since his debut in 1990 and i was sooo looking forward to seeing him in The Royal Rumble...but when i saw him i almost cried

He has always said, he'll know it's time to hang up his boots when he hears people say "he was great back in the day" Well i think that day is finally here...someone needs to tell him...honestly

After seeing him today...i'm dreading his Wrestlemania match...whoever he faces will be made to look awesome

RIP DEADMAN

Cena Taker doesen't have the aura or presence it had 4 or so years ago. TBH Taker should of retired WM 2012. End of an era my ass. He's still going. I remember Taker saying he diddn't wanna be like Hogan, in the way people say "You should of seen him back in his prime". Taker is now their unfortunately. I think he is stubborn, I think he feels that he no longer has to put over anyone. He still looks good for his age. But he is clearly alot older. He is as stiff as The Great Khali. He offers nothing. His tedious entrances too, only thing they are good for is to cut an hour off the 3 hour Raw Recap Shows. Reigns is going to the top guy for several years. Who else is their? He's a big guy, he has the right look, he can work matches. He's over with casuals. He has it all tbh.

He's a mess.

Should have retired after the Lesnar match as it was CLEAR as day he couldn't go anymore. Not even going to waste my time with the concussion bollocks, he couldn't go and he still can't go. He is a GREAT nostalgic act for people, I get that, but he should never be in any meaningful feuds and will never have another highly rated match again. If they want him to have ONE big match before he retires, then he really needed to face Cena really. A match that has RARELY happened at PPV if at all, a match where the crowd would have been no doubt split and a big fight feel where Taker could either go out with a win on his last day with Cena showing respect or Cena getting the one big win he doesn't have on his resume.

Taker, Goldberg and even Brock (who isnt even 40 yet) all looked bad. Brocks workrate has fallen off a cliff, Taker looks old as fuck, Goldberg looks pretty good for a 50 year old but isnt anywhere near as explosive and powerful as he once was and visibly struggles in there.

Its sad seeing these guys beating up half of the full time roster.

Undertaker should have retired when the Streak was ended. That should have been the end for him.

Now, it just feels like he's just there to get nostalgia pops and people are just unwilling to let him go.

He's 51 years old and has had a hell of a career with the greatest gimmick the WWE has ever created. Can we not tarnish that, call it a career, go into the Hall of Fame, and be done with it already?

You know what, I just thought of this. The Undertaker is to Wrestling as The Simpsons are to TV. Legendary? Yes. At one point the top of their respective crafts? Yes. Around way too long? Unfortunately yes.

Like The Simpsons, I am just sitting here waiting for Taker to stop so I can finally look back on his career with fondness rather than just begging for the end that just won't come. I got to the same point with Ric Flair. Trust me. No one was happier than me when Flair FINALLY stopped.

Even though this debate isnt wrestling related, there are far worse things out there on TV that people praise than the simpsons. Still a solid show that obviously cant live up to its prime. But meh, it is what it is. Undertaker on the other hand is actually embarrassing to watch now.

Taker looked so bad. All his movements looked weird as well. So stiff and awkward and slow. His huge belly didnt really make for a pretty site either. Roman vs Taker is gonna be bad.

Taker is my favorite wrestler of all time, period, and I agree. He looked so bad moving around in the ring. He was wobbly, slower, and had an obvious gut. It was honestly sad to witness :mj2.

After watching him tonight I think it now feels more than ever that it's "time". People have been saying this for years but I'm afraid it's honestly starting to show now.
