With the reports that michael cole possible working more backstage in WWE and got me thinking that We could see Michael cole be the one that replace the most hated person in pro wrestling Kevin Dunn. Tell the truth that would be great because by all reports Cole is say to be both an super nice guy that is well liked by the wrestlersand has an love for the businesss where Kevin Dunn is scum and is nothing more than using the WWE to be an hollywood producers.
Kevin Dunn has Shane McMahon on his side according to reports and if Vince hands over power to Shane which I think he should then Kevin Dunn most likely isn't going anywhere.
Dunn has a job for life what his dad did for Vince. Dunn will be in his position, unfortunately, until the day Vince dies. I would say step down, but Vince will literally run that company on on his death bed.
Nobody taking into consideration that Kevin Dunn is maybe looking to retire? Everyone says he'll stay in his position until Vince dies, but Dunn has absolutely made enough money over the years to live a comfortable life after wrestling. Sell of his remaining stock and retire, Michael Cole takes the position, doesn't sound too bad, although I have no idea if Dunn is even as bad as fans make him out to be. (except for his camera cuts and zooms which are awful)
Anybody would be better than Dunn. All these new shots of the crowds for reactions is just cheesy and not needed during Raw. It's one thing for a video package, but during a match...no. But as everyone above has said, Dunn isn't going anywhere with Vince running the show.
Looking at the job he did with the uk tournament he should be given a run. Maybe producing Smackdown and see how he gets on. I am not going to say Kevin Dunn is the worst ever or anything but everyone has to be replaced eventually and variety is the spice of life so I'd be all for giving Cole a project to present and prove himself.
It should be pretty clear that HHH has built his succession team consisting of Regal in the role of Pat Patterson, Cole in the role of Kevin Dunn and a whole host of guys like Road Dogg, Scott Armstrong, Matt Bloom etc in keystone roles in the company. It's been obvious to anybody who has been paying attention for ages.
