Incredible dedication by the guy. He's far surpassed the shape that he was in when he made his debut in WCW in 1995.

Honestly, if he can maintain this conditioning there's no reason why WWE shouldn't give him one more run at the top. A 7' athlete in top shape is a physical spectacle, and it gives WWE more options.

Amazing.

For most people I'd agree, but he has giant syndrome and was unhealthily overweight. People with his condition generally die younger than most people due to the strain on their heart. At his size, he still would have required significant work to lose the weight, and it's healthier than carrying all that weight around. It's not like he just took a magic pill.

Props to the man for getting himself in to seriously good shape, however another run at the top for Big Show is the last thing WWE need. Big no to that.

Happy for him though, will be doing himself big favours by shedding all that fat.

Had Show lost the weight on the road, it would have been a completely different situation. It's easy to drop weight and get in shape. However, maintaining it is the hard part. Throw in life's stresses, traveling and a busy schedule, keeping the weight off won't be so easy

yep

How come it's only wrestling forums where anytime a person gains or loses weight it's automatically attributed to juicing?

ANY person, young, middle-aged or older, can get on a 12-16 week training plan with a personal trainer and a bespoke eating plan, which includes intermittent fasting or carb-cycling and achieve what Big Show has.

That doesn't take away the effort involved. You just have to be a bit of a tool if you jump on the steroid bandwagon right away, because obviously you don't train seriously, eat seriously, or understand how cutting works.

a 44 year old 400lb guy getting a six pack is super suspicious. I think you are a little naive when it comes to how rampant steroids are in society. I have several guys at my little gym in the middle of nowhere who are on gear. Plus an older friend on prescribed trt. As far as his effort, you still have to train and eat correctly. So I commend him on that.

Not going to lie but as long as he can actually still go and isn't in any pain with 20+ years of being a wrestler taking it's toll on him, I'd LOVE a Hall of Pain style run for Big Show in the mid-card to perhaps bring some interest to the US title. Would love for him to destroy people left, right and centre, perhaps hand out some US Title open challenges to get some competitive matches with some guys and a solid run up until Mania next year where he puts someone over on his way out.
