I am not saying they are BAD by any ANY means they are still the top four for good reason. However I Think that just because a match is at wrestlmaina does not mean it is a bigger moment than what happens on raw, here are some examples.
Roman winning the title on raw> his mania title win
Ambrose cashing in at MITB > Roman's mania title win.
Owens winning the title on RAW > Balor winning at SS
BackLash and King of the Ring, Judgement Day, Royal Rumble, No Way out, No Mercy, Survivor Series, Armageddon 2000 > Mania 2000.
Backlash 1 title match and event >>> Maina 15, title match and event(only the moment was bigger here.
King of the RING 98, NO way out 2000, Hell in a Cell> BOTH maina HEll in a cells.
Now for the most part Mania, SS, RR, and Survior Series, are the best events but just because you don't make your name THERE does not mean you can't make a name elsewhere.
In fact Punk complaining about not being in the Main event of Maina to me is VERY silly (not his complaining about his health). That money in the bank moment is bigger than him ever being in a wwe title match main event at Maina, the main event of Mania is even more overrated.
