If they ban another move from Seth, why not bring back the curb stomp?

Clearly this move isn't as dangerous as the buckle powerbomb, and it's a very solid/convincing finishing move. I think it looks pretty lame for a guy like Rollins (a top star and a top ring worker) to use someone else's finisher.

As The Curbstomb wasn't banned because it was dangerous, it was banned cause kids could easily imitate the move.

Banning the Curb Stomp was stupid when you still have moves like the superkick, fame-asser, tombstone, superman punch and Brock Lesnar beating someone half to death with his elbows. If you ban one impact move to the head, then they all need to go; and if they all go, they are fucked.

If a kid copies Rollins, then it's the little shit's problem and their terrible parents, NOT WWE's. Oh yeah, I forgot, no chance of these kids and their stupid parents taking responsibility in this day and age.

You can't easily do a tombstone to someone though and punching or kicking someone isn't as dangerous as curb stomping them.

Curb Stomp being banned because of children is the dumbest shit I've ever heard! I'm not saying it's not true, it could be, but it's so idiotic to ban a move because what? children can do it??? so fucking what????? From now on they gotta worry about what fucking children can or can't do and based on that ban moves?

Plus if a children wants to do wrestling moves they'll do it regardless of being capable to do the move or not! When I was a kid I tombstoned my friends a dozen times and I can say almost every time I botched the move. Same with batista bomb and stunner! I always botched doing hard wrestling moves that are way more dangerous than the fucking curb stomp and I kept doing them regardless. Children won't think like "oh tombstone looks like a hard move, I'll just do a curb stop instead." No they just do whatever they wanna do because their fucking children! I RKOed my friend on a desk in school once and made his nose bleed! What is wwe gonna do now? ban RKO cause it's easy to do for children?? Banning moves based on what a bunch of brainless kids can or can't do is the dumbest shit ever!

Pathetic as it may sound, the Curb stomp was banned because it was too easy to replicate by kids. Same thing with Ortons Punt Kick. While the running knee is dangerous, it still requires some degree of motor skills, which kids haven´t fully developed yet, so it´s not as dangerous as the others.
As for people claiming that by this reasoning, the Piledriver should be banned -It is, except for Undertaker and occasionally Kane. Those 2 are the only ones WWE deems safe and strong enough to perform that move.

Banning moves because of children potentially doing them is retarded. More kids get hurt playing Pokemon than backyard wrestling. Just bring back your "Don't try this at home" messages and let parents be parents, it ain't the WWE's fault.

Seth using the Pedigree is so stupid. The Curbstomp was such a good move for him, and he did a lot of innovative stuff with it, like the ways he can sell it into an RKO or F5, which looked really incredible. They really gutted Seth in a big way when they stole his move away.

It is idiotic that they banned the curb stomp. That move seemed easily executable with very low injury risk. The pedigree, to me, seems much more dangerous... let alone the turnbuckle/barrier power bomb. That move has no business in wrestling.

Not good for anyone with concussions or neck injuries, thats why.

I think people are focusing too much on the CS being banned due to kids copying it, i think the main reason will be the lawsuits for past concussion and head injury's. The timing of the lawsuits fits the move being banned.

But going back to the BB, i don't see it getting banned just yet. I think it'll be in the last chance saloon, one more injury then it will likely be banned. I think the move should be saved for big match's and not used regularly anyway, it a devastating looking move so shouldn't be watered down and over used. Just moi.

Kids can perform any of the moves if they really want to. Vince banned the curb stomp for numerous PR reasons. The move really worked well for Rollins, and was easy to set up. But it's been banned for over a year and it's not making a comeback. I don't know if they'll ban the buckle bomb completely. They might stop him from doing it into the barricade. I've noticed Seth seems to be trying out some of his old moves and adding a new submission to his move set. So could be looking to change some things up.

The buckle bomb is not dangerous.

Sting publicly acknowledge he went into the match with health problems and Balor didn't blame Seth for the cause of the injury either, as he took the move incorrectly.

It was just a matter of unusually bad luck that it led to two injuries, however it's usually considered a 'safe' move from my understanding (well, relatively safe for that type of power move, I'm not saying it's easy on the body!).
