It turns out that Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson calling out his co-star Vin Diesel for being an 'unprofessional candy a**' on the set of Fast 8 might have all been a publicity stunt.
'They are playing a huge prank, and it's all for publicity,' an insider told Life & Style.
'The Rock convinced Vin to amp up the drama between them so they could turn it into a WWE match to help promote the April 2017 release of Fast 8.'
If they do this as well as the Big Show / Shaq match then it's even more clear than it is already that WWE do not give one single solitary fuck about it's wrestling fans.
i say do it. Rock probably can't have any more real wrestling matches due to movie contracts and this would be a good way to get some Fast and Furious fans to watch wrestling again. Remember these fast and furious movies have made billions of dollars. It's not like this won't be only a five minute match and would be great for the card to feature a rock match
First Shaq, not Rock and Vin Diesel. Just send your roster home, you clearly dont need them. And a Rock vs Vin Diesel match is gonna BOMB!!!! Vin Diesel isnt a wrestler and Rock cant carry a match like he used to. Expect a total dud or some Mcmahon level fuckery.
I can expect someone like the Club or Wyatts to come out and interfere and it becomes a tag match: The Club vs Rock and Diesel......
This just shows how little faith Vince and co have in the current roster if they're going to do 2 celeb matches. Show Vs Shaq, I don't mind but Rock and Vin are just going to waste time like Rock did last year and at Manias' 29 and 27.
I FUCKING KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!!! I FUCKING CALLED IT ON FACEBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!
To hell with that shit. I have no interest in seeing a guy who USED to be The Rock go up against a guy who speaks so low you can't understand the terrible dialogue he's supposed to be saying, all just to promote another brain-numbing, ridiculous shit-show of a Fast movie.
But watch Vince just eat this shit right up with a spoon and ask for seconds.....
I love you Rocky but there are guys on that roster who need to work with you more than Vin Diesel getting a Mania appearance and taking way too much fucking time on a card that will already be stacked. Fuck this if it happens.
Why the fuck is everyone accepting this as fact just because some "insider" claims it's a publicity stunt? Are y'all that easy to convince?
