Is the MITB match still a 7-man?

Despite there being 7 slots shown on the graphics during the qualifiers for the match, on RAW there was no remaining spot to be filled according to the on screen graphic shown before the main event 6 man tag match. To add to that, there was no mention from the commentators that there was another man to be added to the match.

Is this an oversight by WWE or do you think that they've changed things again?

Interesting. Strange that they didn't reference this on RAW at all.

I think they are waiting for either Orton or Wyatt to be cleared to actually wrestle other wise their either gonna drop the 7th man and hope we forget about it or just thrown some random person into the match.
Honestly wouldn't surprise me if they do drop it at this point. They seem to be winging it with a lot of things right now.

I actually thought Bray Wyatt's fat ass would show up on the 6 man tag main event and beat everyone up and close the show with his return and then he would eventually enter the MITB match as the 7th guy. However, seems like WWE closed the 7th slot for some reason.

Hey, leave that spot alone. I hope vacant gonna make it to MITB finally after all these years.

I reckon Bray is a strong possibility (Assuming it's still going to be 7) and he's the one that i'd probably pick.

Nakamura would be immense, though, unlikely as it is.

He just kinda disappeared after the HIAC PPV?? I'd be for him to have one last monster run where he retires in a match against Wyatt/Balor or some guy who could really use the rub.

To be honest I'd like it if they want back to the original lineup of 6.

It would also make sense to keep it at 6 if they're gonna keep bringing up that Jericho "invented" the MITB Ladder match because all Jericho said when he went to Eric Bischoff in 2005 was that his idea was "6 guys and a Ladder", Bischoff came up with the rest, so really it was Eric Bischoff that "invented" the MITB match. But like I said, if they're giving Jericho the credit for coming up with it, they should keep it at 6.
