IGN recently interviewed WWE Superstar John Cena, who discussed his upcoming return later this month. Cena also revealed what stars he wants to work with next on TV. Below are some highlights.
Cena on his return to Raw next week: “I return May 30th, USA Network, Monday Night RAW. I’ve been ready for a while, but I can’t just show up and fight, so my formal return is May 30th on USA network.”
Cena on who he wants to work with next: “I’ve got my eye on Big Cass and Enzo Amore. I think they ooze everything that it takes to be a WWE superstar. They have so much energy. Those guys and the Vaudevillains are the guys I’ve been tipping my cap to on the viewership side. I can’t wait to get in the ring and we’ll see what happens.”
Cena on his surprise appearance at WrestleMania 32: “It was and it’s very rare that we can actually surprise people in our business and it took me watching WrestleMania in a broom closet to be the surprise that it was. It made for a very cool moment. I’m so glad I could be a part of that.”
Cena on Camp WWE being awesome: “Being so doopity! It’s awesome. And I think it’s just one of the reasons that people should get hitched on with the WWE Network. It’s more than just these network specials like WrestleMania and like SummerSlam. It’s programming geared for the WWE universe. You can see me, but you can see me in a different light on Camp WWE. They truly skewed more for our adult fans. I think it’s a wonderful show. I don’t mind being the butt of all the jokes. I love how they portray my character. I really think it’s a good thing. It’s something for the WWE network – to give our universe more value for the dollar.”
This is one time I won't hate on Cena, in the early days of EnC he had a dark appearance on NXT where he put them over. Cena was on their side long before they had any popularity to leech off.
Also don't forget Cena got DB rehired after the choking incident and helped him get a main event push. Cena isn't 100% evil.
Cena also praised Cesaro and helped him out a lot. They carried the show when they were in singapore and when they came back. Cena isn't 100% bad, he does like talent and he has a good eye for it, I hate his character but I respect Cena a lot for what he does. I wish WWE listened to him more.
Cena having an "eye on someone" means one of 2 things either he leeches the fuck out of them or he just buries them no other option and all these other hypocrites praising him and dick riding him just because Reigns is champion after all these years of pretending to hate him will be back to complaining once his back to his old routine.
This is one time I'd love John to bring out the shovel so I can watch this forum cry after the little midget who acts like he needs Ritalin with fucked up hair, and the dude who looks like he's from South Carolina but talks with a dumb ass New Jersey accent get their asses stomped.
Seriously. I don't see what people see in these fucking guys. God damn it. Fuck fuck fuck.

Eh, he may well bury the Vaudevillains, but I think it's pretty obvous that in the case of Enzo & Cass, he just wants to leach off of their popularity. Cena won't be placed against Enzo & Cass, he'll be positioned as their ally & saviour.
Cena is a leech. Sees anyone with pure charisma, and puts them through a wringer, so that when they come out, they lose all passion and drive to be successful.
Not cause Cena is great, but because Cena gets open mic night on them and they aren't allowed to say anything. Then in ring, they have to roll over like a dog.
The negativity towards Cena is terrifying at the moment, due to them being a face tag team he's incredibly unlikely to go against them on any level, he's just putting them over in an interview.
And the Vaudevillians too.
Fact is, if someone the forum liked in general had said it, that's how it would be seen too.
Camp WWE is hilarious, and just goes to show the potential of RAW if they let the chains loose. Why they made a cartoon for adults and cater the main programing to kids, I'll never understand.
It really doesn't. Seth Green and the guys from Robot Chicken wrote the show not any writers from WWE, and even then Seth Green is rumored to have argued with Vince about certain things about the show. So unless WWE hired Seth Green as a writer them letting the chains loose wouldn't change much.
Cena during his Smackdown days was funny. I wouldn't mind seeing one promo out of it with Enzo lol.
As for the Vaudevillans... I do wish Eddie Guerrero were still around... Cena really has no business with them unless the Vaudevillians attack him I guess.
If I don't see Cena do the 'LET ME SPELL IT OUT FOR YA etc' catchphrase in the next few months standing next to Enzo and Big Cass, I will be VERY surprised.
The guy latches on to anything that is going over with the crowd.
he shouldn't work with charismatic wrestlers. he should wOrk with wrestlers closer to his level like Roman Reigns and Baron Corbin and Sheamus
