Here is a pic below of Steph posted on her Instagram today. Looks like she is really working hard and becoming more ripped as the years pass by. I know some people on here aren't into her athletic look, but she's arguably looked the best she has in years. Plus, she's aging like fine wine too. Props to her for being dedicated and consistent with her late night work outs. Her on-screen character might be annoying as hell, but she's one fine ass looking woman!
People have some weird definitions of what it means to be ripped. Usually it's those who have never even seen the inside of a gym. Stephanie's looking fit. Sure.
But ripped?:Rollins
The women on the roster in recent memory who I would even associate with that word would be Charlotte back during her NXT days when she was leaner. Bailey during her 30-minute Ironman match. You could see her abs from a mile away. And even AJ Lee towards the end of her run was really starting to get some definition on her body. I wouldn't call them ripped but they're closer examples than Stephanie.
You do know what people mean when they mention Ripped when talking about this subject right? Because I don't think you do mate, sorry to say, but when people talk about someone being ripped in general defination is is where the human eye can see the muscle definition through the said persons skin, Where as in this picture can that while her arms are not 'Ripped' her back is....
Oh dear, Stephanie McMahon as Smackdown GM sure helped me get through puberty.
I like her fit, but it relies on the right outfits. She could do with getting her boob job re-done because it doesn't quite suit her body now with the muscle on it. Summerslam 2014 and Wrestlemania 30 and 32, dear Lord those outfits made her look a million bucks!
Her GOAT outfits are No Way Out 2002 and Wrestlemania X8 though:
Steph has always been fit , she did gain a bit of weight after her pregnancy but when her dad and her husband is so jacked , i imagine she has to be in the same mindset in that household.
Steph does have a wwe fitness video dvd working out with the nxt divas like Carmella, Alexa Bliss & Sasha banks etc.
Idk if anyone saw Steph's workout Fit series with some of the women like Sasha, Naomi, Carmella etc but if she does all those workouts regularly it's no surprise she is getting defined more.
I think its at her home (with HHH). They have a personal trainer to comes over every night. Steph's always has muscle on her since her GM days, but now it's more than ever!

Like me a girl who lifts and follows a good diet. If you got the money it becomes easier to stick to it since you're not just shoving boiled eggs and shakes all day down your throat.
She sure is one fine piece of ass. Though, she's not ripped in any way yet but I can see her getting there.
Now that Chyna is dead, she'll be banging the weights even harder. Hey-oh!

It's not her look that i'm not into (even though it doesn't do anything for me anyway) It's her fucking voice. She sounds like a fucking man. If she doesn't eat roids for breakfast than i'm Caitlyn Jenner.
She's definitely got some muscles on her. Look at her frame when she was in her late 20's and SD GM and compare it to now. Still big but way less muscular back then.
