First I want to make it clear that I respect everyone's freedom of speech and opinion however, I do believe one should understand a situation before they speak out in a public forum.

My "Amen brother" comment has seemed to bother some of the IWC who hasn't taken the time to actually comprehend the substance of Ryback's statement. I fully support my peers in WWE and I respect those who have the courage to stick up for what they believe in. Regardless of whether I agree with his feelings or not, I applaud Ryback for standing up for himself and openly speaking his mind. If you don't value yourself and believe in yourself there is no reason for anybody else to.

We the performers know what goes on behind the scenes day in and day out in our business and how much we sacrifice and put into our craft. Every superstar on the roster works relentlessly to improve themselves and be the best performer that they can be. Whether they are a perennial champion and "the face of the company" or if they are a "jobber" we all work very hard to entertain our fans. You may think somebody sucks or has no talent and thus should be fired but that does not mean that performer isn't busting their ass and doing what's asked of them. I love the WWE universe because they are some of the most passionate and loyal fans in the world. I think the majority of the fans are very smart and very invested in the business but some, who appear to be the most vocal on social media, continue to do nothing but bash talent and twist words to suit their own agendas on a daily basis.

Every single day I get at least one tweet or read one post where someone is bashing me for what I said on Tough Enough 5 years ago or for my botched pin on Raw. Look in the mirror and tell me you never made a mistake in your life. I am human after all. I have seen legends in the past and my current peers make mistakes in the ring and during promos, it happens get over it! I never claimed to be a childhood avid wrestling fan. Everyone takes a different path into the WWE. Some come from sports backgrounds, some from dancing and modeling while others have trained their entire lives to become a WWE superstar. 5 years ago when I was on Tough Enough I did not possess the knowledge of professional wrestling that I do today. I earned the opportunity to be on that show and despite being the first one eliminated I was signed to a contract. Since that day I have worked my butt off to improve my wrestling skills. I have studied long and hard to understand the business and it's history because I understood why the WWE fans were so offended by my response to Mr. Austin's question.

I have trained hard and done everything that has been asked of me. I know that doesn't make me special because we all do that here, but it goes to show that despite what you read or see on the Internet the passion to be great, the drive to be successful and the blue collar work ethic is there.

Cyber bullying is a major problem. Yes, we understand that we are public figures and yes we know coming into this business that we will be analyzed under a microscope 24/7 for everything we say and do but is there really any reason to tell someone that they must sleep around to be where they are? Is there any reason to tell someone they should kill themselves or to attack their family and personal issues over wrestling? I can't think of a single reason.

I know some may read this rant of mine and bash me even further. I accept that. I do not intend to disrespect anybody with this rant. I merely want to share my feelings with you all since a lot of you feel the need to bash talent and bully them on a daily basis with your tweets and posts. The passion you have for our business is respectable but the way some of you express it is deplorable. For those fans who are respectful and spend their precious time and money on us I thank you and love you with all my heart. For those who are not fans of me and voice their opinions in a respectful and constructive way I thank you and appreciate your criticism. For those who do nothing but bash talent in a disrespectful, cruel and personal way I have nothing to say to you except give your mother my love when she comes downstairs with your dinner
I find it funny how she says "cyber bullying is a problem" then goes on to say " I have nothing to say to you except give your mother my love when she comes downstairs with your dinner"

Yes but she also completely devalues her own point by saying something that would come under online bullying in her last sentence.

Wow! That was a beautiful read. She put everything so eloquently. I'm not a fan of hers, but she is 110% right. The majority of the vocal fans are absolutely nasty. Does that TE winner Bronson Matthews deserve to be despised by the fanbase for jokingly calling some wrestlers the same name the fans do? Does Renee Young deserve to get bullied regularly by venomous Ambrose fangirls simply for being his girlfriend? Does Roman Reigns deserve to have his talent, career, and personal character demeaned, trashed, and slandered in large quantities on a daily basis? For his wife to receive death threats to her and her daughter? All over a push? Yes that may be extreme, but it happens. The amount of barbaric hate varies in levels, but happens to all of the talent. And yes it may happen in all forms of entertainment, but WWE is by far the worst there is, ever!

I have to be honest. Reading that struck a chord with me. Now I'm sitting here thinking "have I ever done this? Have I bashed, and degraded, and judged with the false assumption that just because it's through a computer screen means that it isn't just as hurtful, hateful, or obnoxious?" It calls for a major self examination. Why do we constantly bash and disrespect people who make so many sacrifices, leaving their families, hometowns, everything they know to get on the road, and risk their lives almost every night for our entertainment? Every single one of these people is worth something, and deserves respect. From Ryback to AJ Styles to Eva Marie to Roman Reigns to Cameron to Byron Saxton to Sasha Banks to Patrick Clark. It doesn't matter the talent. These people have all sacrificed, all been through something to get where they are, whether it's poverty, language barriers, discrimination, etc, and at the VERY LEAST, they deserve enough respect to not get ripped and shat on for doing their jobs.

Yes it's ok to have personal preferences and like or dislike what is happening with someone or something, but there is no excuse to malign someone over something as insignificant as wrestling, and fans need to learn where to draw the line between appropriate feelings, and irrational disrespect and undeserved hate.

I'm happy I read this and I hope to keep this in mind when discussing talent. Hopefully everyone else sees wisdom within the message and applies it instead of being self-righteous and ignoring the message because it's Cameron. Yeah, she's by no means a top talent, but her words are wise and heart is in the right place. Listen.

She completely made her point invalid in the last line by calling the fans losers who live in the basements and for the Tough enough winner it seems the wrestlers were fairly upset and if he would of said that not to long ago he would be stiffed to hell by JBL or Bob Holly.

IWC can dish it but can't take it huh?

I don't know. This all stemmed from her supportive tweet about Ryback's Tumblr post. It's funny how when Ryback, Adam Rose or Bret Hart (just to name a few recent examples and before people jump on it, I'm not comparing her to them on a skill level or as a performer) say things that aren't toeing the company line and standing up for themselves, it's applauded, but it's attention seeking and trashy for her to do it. Yes, the last sentence was problematic, but give the girl a break. She's clearly frustrated.

#64 ·
I agree with her.

But, at the same time, I wish she didn't write this. All she did was give the cowards more power because, now, they know your breaking point. And they'll forgo their sad lives just to ruin yours.

I don't wish unemployment on anybody but in this case, I hope she moves on from WWE and the wrestling business, in general. She's fairly young and she looks good. Between that and her education, she won't be short on opportunities in life. But, don't continue subjecting yourself to bullying from some of the most socially awkward people in the world. And don't provide them with even more ammunition.

#5 ·
Attention seeking. Why doesn't she just get better?

Get good, the hate will stop. There are hundreds of great Indy talent that would kill to be in her position, she got a shortcut and is complaining.

Ignore the idiots that get personal, but the best way to get revenge is to get good at your job.

I miss the time when people conducted their business in the ring. Social Media has provided a lot of oxygen for excuses.

Is it that fucking hard for people who claim cyberbullying to click the goddamn "X button" and log off? Holy fuck, how self-gratifying and weak do you have to be in order to feel you're helpless within the internet of all places?

#36 ·
Pretty much. And doing something like this is likely to make the trolling WORSE because now they know that it gets to you. Best thing she could've done in this situation was ignore the trolls and simply get better at her job. You do that, and that trolling eventually turns to praise. She did the worst thing possible here by not improving, giving the trolls attention, and calling them losers to boot. Nice going Cameron. (Y)

^-So she can't handle the heat. The 1 thing I will hand to Eva, is she ain't no punk ass bitch, I've seen her get slaughtered, and yeah she probably minds, but no belligerent posts, I mean this is Zahra style. I looked in the mirror, and know I've made mistakes, but I'm not competing in a cutthroat industry where live fans are your customer, thousands of people watched you live, and millions at home, you should be getting dozens of hate mail.

Of course legends and some good wrestlers made mistakes, and its funny she knows this, but didn't follow their examples. She knows guys who became great, made tons of mistakes, rubbed them off and hit the ropes. Why wouldn't she just go do this.....oh thats probably cause she doesn't actually know any Legends who made mistakes, cause if she did, she would know how to remedy her own mistakes, there is only what 50+ years of examples. She should know social media will not solve her problem.

If Flavor Flav or Bret Michaels is gonna have another VH1 Love Show, then yes, this post she did would get her cast for both shows, easily. Is this gonna make me love a Womens wrestler...hell nah. Fish don't fry in the kitchen.

Scrutiny of fans is the hardest part of this job. This wrestling touring act is basically a circus, so if you can't handle drunk people calling you names and going home and bashing you for sucking, then you need to reanalyze why you wrestle, then either quit, train harder, or take a lessons from Eva, suck it up, and let us say what we want.

Cameron does herself no favours with her own posts. She is very belligerent to the fans in general.
Does she not realise that often fans respect talents for impressing them in some way or making them want to watch? Cameron does neither.
I agree that cyber bullying or bullying of any kind has no place in society and I do agree that some people are just nasty unpleasant idiots online that troll and are nasty for their own sad amusement.
However Cameron could handle this far more professionally and simply ignore or block the negativity.
The truth is Cameron is not talented when it comes to wrestling and sports entertainment, that isn't being a bully it is being honest, she does not belong in the industry, she represents everything WWE is trying to erase in moving forwards with the women.
Cameron and Rosa Mendes are both pure terrible and should have been let go years ago.
Fans will praise the talents that impress them and Cameron does not fall into that category.

She gets a lot of shit because its the cool thing to do, but her comment wasn't wrong in anyway. She's supporting a co worker/friend. She's voicing her support for an alternative to wrestling's absurd payscale where you get paid according to how much the powers that be like you and push you. HHH's boys get megapushed from day one, while guys like Slater, Sandow, Ryder, etc. bust their ass and get nothing in return.

To be fair to her and as we see in your post later on she gets a lot of shit from elitist wrestling fans who think its impossible to improve and that someone has to wrestle the indys to be even remotely good or even worthwhile. Is it really a stretch to imagine that someone in her position who cops endless flack from arrogant fans hiding behind their computers gets upset by it?

In a perfect world we ignore bullies, or rather they dont exist, but in this shitty ass world people get upset by constant shit talk and bullying. She;s one of those wrestlers who to a lot of fans its just cool to hate on. And I dont think wrestlers can really impress people and win them over more. So many fans thesedays pick their favourites, pick their least favourites and then never change their mind. Never concede that their favourites are anything less than perfect and never admit that those they hate can improve.

The talent have said some pretty nasty things about the fans before too, whether it's the 'face of the company' or a 'jobber' in that same regard.

It's the same in any sport or entertainment industry, you'll get hate from fans, it's just an unfortunate part of the job.

Big difference between botching a move, which is physical, and literally thinking that you can pin someone while they are lying on their stomach. That's not physical. That's not even knowing the very basics of wrestling; while somehow being in a WWE ring during a telecast.

Frightening how stupid she is. In her hours and hours of training, she never heard anyone say that you can't pin someone on their stomach?

Also, her entire point goes down the drain with her last sentence rendering that diatribe useless.

Are there dumbassess and deplorable people on the internet? Of course. That said...it's the Internet. People will be nasty and vocal for the sake of doing it. Instead of trying to do the impossible and silence free speech (no matter how hateful it is), just go about your business and don't be around that while they fall on their own sword. Simple.

Cyberbulling (if you want to be really honest) is a marketing and profiteering avenue for celebrities, media type, and corporations to make money off of an issue that can be solved in simple results.

Do you live in your mom's basement? Because if you don't, you should feel upset too, because she talks about "the IWC" which is YOU.

That comment could hardly be described as bullying though, especially if it's in response to people bashing her on Twitter as she claims.

As far as I know, Cameron is a heel, or has been a heel for around 99% of her career. If she can't handle the heat that comes with being a heel, then she should get out of the business. You can't be a mark and take stuff personal in wrestling.

Wrestlers back in the day used to get stabbed and shot at. A little bit of "cyber-bullying" from nerds is something that the big boys and girls in the WWE can surely handle.

Lol dumb bitch, this is why she'll never be successful. Which fucking famous person complains about cyber-bullying? When you get into this fucking business you're supposed to withstand this kind of shit. Lol the fucked up world we live in now where TV personalities are complaining about something someone said about them.

Grow some fucking skin you dumb bitch - HH

This fucking whore doesn't deserve to be on television. Dumb cunt crying about someone making fun of her, it's BOUND TO HAPPEN, it's your job to withstand it and ignore it. Fucking retarded little bitch.

The only way I'd understand or be on her side with this would be if someone was threatening her.

Lol dumb bitch can't even pin properly and thinks she's gonna get away with it. What a fucking embarrassment.
