No, it wouldn't. She is great in intergender matches, I don't want to see her struggling to get tv time or killing time with Summer Rae in two minute match.
Since I don't wanna be a COPYCAT I will say Gail Kim, Cheerleader Melissa, Kimber Lee, maybe some Joshi talent like Act Yasukawa unless she is actually retired and Kairi Hojo too! She is so cute.
Fine if they keep it off RAW and Smackdown. If they put it on the shows that matter then they are begging for low ratings. The United States audience will never care or take women's wrestling seriously.
Reason women's wrestling does well on nxt. Is smarks in the audience. Or marks. On Raw though Casuals just dont care about women's wrestling. Other then bk in the day. Stacy Kiebler and Torrie Wilson came out in next to nothing . But this tournament sounds interesting. But where would it take place. Main Event prob. When know ones watching lol. Or maybe special on network
Tbh is women's wrestling even relevant anymore. Outside Nxt? Seems like ever since the days of Chyna, Trish, Lita. From a collective stand point. No one currently gives a damn about the Divas Division. No matter whos wrestling its just a piss break. Lol at the comments one day A divas match could me wm. The whole Divas Revolution. What a crock that was. The last great Women's Wrestler that was relevant was prob Aj Lee.
I suppose because the cruiserweights haven't even happened yet so not sure if this format is working yet. If the series had happened and was successful I'd be happy for a women's series to happen to.
Also not sure if introducing a series for a division that is already established makes sense. But I guess its all how it's presented
Good idea, this is the kind of stuff that should have been done years back instead of the diva search bullshit that killed the golden era women's division.
There are many talented ladies out there who could get a opportunity that she would not have years back.
I really would like WWE to resign Awesome Kong and give her a proper run this time.
Stephanie recently came up with the idea to sort of revamp the Divas Search but focus on in-ring work instead.
This will actually be the opposite of the Diva Searches and there?s no word yet on when it will start but we?re hearing before the end of the year.
The idea is to make it sort of like the WWE?s Global Cruiserweight Tournament where WWE would bring in top women wrestlers from around the world, rather than just go off of photos and submission tapes. It would be focused on in-ring work more than just good looks and how well you run an obstacle course. WWE officials have apparently already started working on the idea and it will end up being a WWE Network series, of course. There is not much known on the concept past this, however.
WWE officials have quietly started working on the project, which will be a new WWE Network series similar to the Global Cruiserweight Series that begins this summer. The working idea is to bring in top women?s stars from wrestling promotions around the world.
- Madison Eagles please. She can be everything Charlotte is only much better.
- Melissa. For a long time BITW, she's been kinda phoning it the past few years I feel ( while still being one of the best), but I think she'd being her A game for this, and honestly when she's on her A Game, there has never been anyone any better.
- Nicole Mathews
- Saraya Knight ... vs Paige please.

Melissa (as Mariposa) just delivered the best women's match I've ever seen against Sexy Star on yesterday's episode of Lucha Underground. Everyone should go and see that, seriously.
I don't want to see it. Just book your women talent better with good booking and feuds. Doing this shit is an insult to wrestling fans by shutting them up of the valid criticisms against WWE for their poor treatment of this Women's division they JUST brought back up.
