Curious to see what the overall forum opinion is on this. For many, myself included, there is not much to choose between them. But if you had to be pushed for an answer, who would it be?

For me personally:

1. Becky
2. Sasha
3. Bayley
4. Charlotte

And that's not me bashing any of them in particular, because they're all very, very good, and the positions have definitely shifted over the last few months (I thought Sasha was the best for a good while to be honest).

Becky has been very good on the main roster with her promos, feuds, matches, nearly everything, she has ascended to a level that they clearly didn't expect her to reach, and, given that she always appeared to be the odd one out, she deserves a lot of credit for standing out like she has. She has a natural babyface appeal to her and has shown a brilliant ability to connect with fans.

Sasha in my opinion was the best performer out of everyone in NXT in 2015, her run was very memorable and she was a fantastic character. Since the call ups however she has struggled to hit that same level, which i don't exactly totally blame her for, because the booking team is dreadful with women who are outside of the title picture. Her promos and character haven't really hit the mark, though. She definitely needs to be a heel too, Sasha is just... not a face.

Bayley has done a great job of carrying the divsion down in NXT without the other three, and is an incredibly great babyface, who has bags of potential in the future. It pains me to put her third because i do love her but i think she lacks a little in the skills department compared to Sasha and Becky, but she is very, very good and she's still easily material to become a top face of the division.

Charlotte's initial main roster face run was a disaster, she never got the crowd on her side post the NXT hype, her ring work was sloppy and her promos were really painful to listen to. Since she's moved into her natural heel role though, she has done very well for herself in matches, and her promos feel a lot more natural. I still think she needs to dump Ric, but a lot of credit has to go to her for her evolution.

All four need to be key figures in the division in the future, that's for sure.

Becky Lynch by far. She's the best in the ring, she's the best on the mic, and she's busted her ass to be as impressive as she can with every opportunity. Then Charlotte who despite the hate she gets and her flaws with selling and mic work is still good in the ring and has been a good heel. Sasha's good in the ring and has/had a knack for working a gimmick but she's actually not that good on the mic. And Bayley is good in the ring but lacking everywhere else.

My personal preference is this:

1. Becky Lynch
2. Bayley
3. Sasha Banks
4. Charlotte

It's kind of an odd situation because we've only really see them all play one role really well. Bayley is the perfect underdog, likeable babyface. Becky is a brilliant scrappy, fighting face. Sasha is a great arrogant heel and Charlotte is a good entitled, arrogant heel. Bayley hasn't had chance to show she can be a good heel but Sasha...isn't clicking as a face, Becky didn't work as a heel with her NXT run and Charlotte was abysmal as a face on the main roster and I wasn't a big fan of that run in NXT either. It'll be interesting to see if they can make another role work in the future.

Becky has flourished despite lousy material and by far the least protection of the trio on the main roster.

Can't say with Bayley yet as she has not been exposed to main roster booking.

The choice was so easy for me, it has to be Becky Lynch!!!

Bayley hasn't come up and most of these marks only know the ones they see in the WWE on Monday Night which is why Lynch and Sasha get the votes. Both are very good but Bayley is the future of the division and the only one that will get it the woman to truly go mainstream. I've been both a fan and in the business for more then 38 years and I have never seen a reaction to a woman like Bayley gets.

By far and easily Becky. Shes the total package in ring and on the mic and is one of the hottest Diva's to come along in a while, she can do it all and compared to both Charlotte and Sasha can be considered somewhat original.

Sasha and Charlotte actually look like horses for one and despite both being good in the ring (Charlotte more so than Sasha as she botches far more than the others) are both boring as fuck and suck on the mic. Sasha's gimmick doesn't make sense, what is she "The Boss" of exactly? Cause it sure as hell not of being good on the mic and shes the worst of the 4 in the ring. And Charlotte is just a far less charismatic Ric Flair.

And Bayley is the retarded version of Becky, although far better than Sasha and Charlotte shes basically a female Eugene. Shes more or less a autism chick who's gotten over due to everyone's sympathy for her.

Bayley
Becky
Sasha
Charlotte

I wouldn't call Bayley the best all around, she is my favorite and that's it.

3. Becky
4. Charlotte

They’re all great. All have had great matches. I put Bayley at #1 because to me she is the best pure babyface in all wrestling. Sasha can be a great heel even though the fans turned her face. And she’s had many great matches. Becky is just a step below Bayley in terms of a great babyface and hasn’t had as many great matches as Sasha. And Charlotte is a machine but there a couple of very little things that bug me about her (not selling at times for example) but she’s still great.

4 Horsewoman are actually RADICALS:

Becky:

Has so much passion, has a solid grappling game, and over-all knows her way around a ring like a real boss. She has an aura. She is Benoit.

I wouldn't say Becky lacks in anything, but Sasha just offers something different. Yeah she composes herself like a BOSS, and she is a great person to work with, but she is more of an Eddie.

Bayley is definitely the Malenko. Underrated but actually really good.

Charlotte is the Perry Saturn just cause there is no one left.

1) Becky Lynch - She's come on better than anybody, definitely rose to the occasion. Now she does promos she's so naturally likable and comfortable, she's funny and it doesn't feel forced. And in ring she's been terrific. Pulls better matches out of people than anyone.

2) Charlotte - They had her so backwards when she was brought up. Fans grew sick of that "Making my dad proud" shit insanely quick, so they did right by inverting that idea into a heel character. She's a great performer, probably has the best moonsault on the roster. Her moonsault to the outside at Mania was NUTS. And her title reign has been good aside from the Stephanie McMahon shoehorned agenda feminism horse shit that they attempted a few times.

3) Sasha Banks - Underwhelming as fuck on the main roster, and she's been more protected than anyone they've ever brought up or pushed past or present. Her promos have sucked and she feels like she's forcing everything she does. Her matches have been the worst out of the three. The only argument for her was "she's over!!" because of her NXT following, yet even the few times people have chanted for her it's barely audible, and when they get her after their cheering they don't care. It's just some goofy smark trend. She's still got a lot of work to do.

4) Bayler - NXT so irrelevant to the discussion.
