It was Ambrose's fault. He clearly isn't athletic enough to pull off that move and it's the 2nd time he's tried it from the top rope and he's failed. He's lucky Roman did him a favour by taking that bump.
It was clearly Ambrose's fault. Roman Reigns rarely, if ever, botches. Dean Ambrose is in pretty shitty shape and could not complete the move without falling on his ass.
Who cares, seriously. Dean botched. So what? It's not like everybody's perfect, it happens. Nobody got hurt from it. I don't think this is worth a thread, especially considering the title is misleading as hell lol :lol
I'm an Ambrose fan but that night he wrestle like a hobo, he did better this past weeks than on SS maybe he got into a fight with Rene backstage dunno lol, I'm surprised a lot of people say the best match was Owens vs Ambrose when I find the opener (ADR vs Reigns) superior in every way.
Yes it was a botch and it was Dean Ambrose's fault. Obviously he was meant to land on his feet and powerbomb Reigns, but I thought the cover up was better, with Ambrose jumping into a Superman Punch. That shows good in ring skills and psychology to quickly think of a back up option.
And to those of you talking about Reigns struggling to pick people up, when they're dead weight and on the ground, you're stupid. Picking up that sort of weight like that is hard, it's not him being weak, very few on the roster can actually do that, and Reigns does it well.
Reigns is pretty solid in the ring, doesn't really mess up much. Looked like Ambrose's problem to me; he should have landed on his feet and helped bring Reigns off the rope, but he fell on his ass which means he's gonna get no lift on Reigns, who had to basically push himself off the ropes in order to sell the move. Ambrose also let go way too early, which makes it really obvious that Roman's just taking a fall.
"LE GASP!!! ROMAN REINZ BOTCH!!! HE WORZT RESLER EVARR!! IT'Z NOT LIKE OTHE RASSLERZ DON'T BOTCH!!!"
Okay, you, guys, are really REALLY desperate and it's beyond pathetic right now. Some of you view the guy as the second coming of Hitler, that's all your opinion, but the amount of hate he gets is petty and sad. That's why we're not taking you serious anymore. Nice try... you lose!
Clearly OP had an agenda and got shut down by both Reigns and Ambrose fans. The title calls it "the Roman Reigns botch" and tthen asks whose fault it was. Fuck outta here cuz.
WHAT! A match from 2 guys who've never had a singles match against each & had already both wrestled earlier that night, & it WASN'T 100% perfect?
:wee-bey
I saw that and Dean should be thankful what Roman did for him. I know smarks are going to blame Roman though but they are in the minority. Also, I was there and the match was really slow paced than most matches I seen before it was obvious that Roman needed to carry Dean in this match because this is prob one of the few times Dean ever wrestled 2 matches in 1 night.
People just find an excuse to shit on someone sometimes. He wasn't injured was he, who cares if he did one botch, they happen in nearly every wrestling match one way or another.
Why is this called the Roman Reigns botch instead of the Dean Ambrose botch? I think it's already been established that Dean messed up doing a move he probably shouldn't try, Roman helped out and fell anyway, they botch did a good job of covering it up and moving on.
Seeing as Roman still struggles to pick ppl up into a powerbomb Lin fact cleanly throw people from a firemans carry I think we can safely conclude Roman still needs to practise in ring skills... Having said that dean wrestled terribly and these are the two top baby faces? Damn!
It was a shame but both guys bring something unique to the roster right now, that's why I'm sure Vince is not upset with them...
