Becky Lynch... The female Dean Ambrose?

Having spent a large chunk of time watching Becky Lynch, throughout her time in NXT and now the Main Roster, I'm debating whether she is being booked as / trying to be a female Dean Ambrose character.

Hear me out.

She's the quiet yet psycho one of the group, she doesn't speak a lot yet she manages to connect with the crowd and when she does speak it's generally well received by the fans.

She sticks with the face of the group and is ultra shocked and confused at the decision of the betrayal of Paige at first. She then begins taking a cocky standpoint with how she talks to Paige, about Paige (on Miz TV) and her body language towards her is genuinely amusing to watch.

She isn't neccesarily the most athletically built out of the group but she can go in the ring, this definitely a lot more so then Ambrose but still, she isn't booked to perform like a sloth in the ring at all- which gets her over.

Now to what she's shown throughout her span, and not just on the main roster... She's over with even the most devoted IWC cool cats and she is a anti-authority bullish type character her speaks her ground and is whacky. Her mannerisms for the last few months but the last couple of weeks ESPECIALLY have been Ambrose like.

Look at the following video:

I dunno, maybe she isn't Dean Ambrose like too much but she's sure over in the same kinda way he is

They are both the third wheel and who are always the bridesmaid and never the bride. I hope Becky gets hers soon and I'm not waiting like Dean's fans have been for seemingly forever.
@Drago Lunatic Ginge is :nice. I would have gone with Lunatic Minge but that's my nastier side showing. Same with @UntilDawn Lunatic LassLicker came to my mind. :bryanlol

Stop. In what universe is Becky connecting with the fans anywhere close to the degree Ambrose has?

I dont know if she has "on the level of Ambrose," but i think its pretty clear that the crowd cares about her.

Take the"paigebomb" (or whatever she calls it). She got MASSIVE heat at one point and one point only during that promo and that is when she called Becky irrelevant. The crowd was pretty much cheering with her or not really reacting all too much. But when she delivered that line. It was almost entirely loud boos.

Nah. She's not crazy enough, really.

Paige is closer to Ambrose than Becky is.

The difference is Ambrose is cool and has swag and Becky is a fucking nerd and a lame. Don't get me wrong, I like Becky as a talent, maybe even as a personality outside of wrestling but her character is booty. Maybe it's different in Ireland but in Murica puns are THE absolute lowest form of humor, in fact they are the anti-humor. I see why Graves buries her personality every chance he gets.

Ambrose doesn't have a super smile but, yes...
Before the trios were formed I posted saying how I wanted them to debut Becky in Raw as a tag partner of Paige, with Paige being the rude girl, and Becky the crazy.

Kinda how Roman and Dean are now, so I did it too.:HHH2

I can see the comparison.

I can also see the comparison, but I don't think Becky has gotten over like the original poster seems to think she has. I personally think her main roster run has been very lackluster so far (not her fault) and I cringe at a lot of the scripted lines ''creative" gives her (comparing Alicia Fox to Nene Leakes, talking about beating up cyborgs and ghosts, etc; although she was much better on Raw, I loved her throwing Miz's mic out of the ring.) I get the impression that Becky getting called up to the main roster was more about having a third woman debut for the "DIVA REVOLUTION MAGGLE" than it was about giving her a push and making her a prominent part of the division. Out of the NXT 3, WWE clearly has more investment in Charlotte and Sasha than Becky. Becky will get great reactions in Europe and from Smark crowds, but I can see her being the type that certain people in the WWE hierarchy don't want to push. Time will tell, things could go either way with Becky but I don't see too much happening with her in the near future. Becky has potential to to be a star but she has to be booked properly and in a way that showcases her strengths. I don't think WWE in its current state can pull that off.
