So, the Reddit user FalconArrow, who has correctly given WWE news and spoilers before on /r/SquaredCircle such as the Elimination Chamber occuring in May, Ryback winning the IC title, Henry entering the chamber, Wyatt costing Reigns MITB and most recently Brock destroying J&J's car on RAW and Cesaro answering the US open challenge again. However, he was incorrect recently in saying that some NXT women are moving up to the main roster (although he did mention that 'things got pushed back').
Edit: By the way, don't take this TOO seriously. He simply said 'we should be talking about Battleground' and IMPLIED something big COULD happen, he didn't outrightly say the biggest swerve in the history of pro wrestling will happen...

Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
I'll believe something when I see it (as of now some sort of DQ/non-finish seems most likely). But I'd be happy if Rollins didn't leave Battleground as champion. I like him, but his reign has been incredibly boring (whether he deserves the blame or not).
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
I just want somebody to beat Brock clean, anybody. I don't give a shit if it's El Torito. I'm so sick of these god mode suplex city squashes. Why would anybody even agree to bump hard for him 20-30 times, only for him to no sell all of their offense and make them look like a complete jabroni? I hope these guys get paid extra or at least get a sloppy knob job from Blowsa Mendes.
As someone pointed out in that reddit thread, this ("beast for business") kind of sounds like HHH is to betray Rollins and Brock to align with the authority. Heck, the reference to Brock ending the streak last night may even have been to check if Brock could still get booed... Which he was, at that time.
Nothing. All he's basically saying is that something big will happen in the main event of Battleground and he wants us to speculate first before revealing what it is. I guess he wants some fun first.
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
brocks not losing clean to rollins to forget that one straight away.
rollins losing to brock probably sets up a rematch at summerslam so the hhh theory (this early) probably won't happen
obviously rollins needs help to beat brock and kane/j&j aren't the help he needs, its a longshot but shield reforming at the end of battleground and taking out brock would be something else
Not true. It was over a year before Orton got his rematch.
Rollins will be so bitter after the betrayal that he will hunt after HHH and forget about the title. It's obvious, given that report that came out a while ago.
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
1. Never believe anything you read on Reddit, there are to many attention seekers there, remember that met4life dude or something, was talking out of his ass 50% of the time and people ate it up.
Don't look too bad at Reddit, because 90% of the news posted here comes from there, but they are from reliable sources, this is just one dude, there was also one guy called Metsfan4ever who was a wwe employee and eventually started to make shit up.
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
Rollins beating Lesnar clean and keeping the WWE World Heavyweight Title would be pretty big to me.
Someone else mentioned it, but I can see the Authority turning on Rollins, resulting in Lesnar winning the title at Battleground. This sets up for HHH vs. Rolllins at Summerslam, and Lesnar would defend the WWE World Heavyweight Title against whoever. I wouldn't say Lesnar would align himself with the Authority, but it's a possibility I guess. I just have a hard time picturing Lesnar in the Authority.
My bet for Battleground is Lesnar walking out the new champion.

Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
okay my dream scenario would be Seth Rollins to win clean with no help. then be paraded by the authority as the man that conquered the beast and ultimately turned by HHH like Orton in evolution. then they could build Rollins as a face and go against his master HHH and summerslam and go over clean and boom the reign is super legit and Seth is cemented as the true face the E. but theirs no way this would happen it makes to much sense. probably be a screwy authority finish or Brock going over.
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
People are thinking that HHH is turning on Rollins ... I think the opposite. He's the architect he's been buttering them up, he knows HHH is trying to get him hanged so he's going to hang him first.
Shame that the nxt womens invasion is being pushed back, I think best timing will be for after battleground but it could be next week to set up the tag match at battleground, but at the same time I think they would want to keep it for summerslam.
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
WWE really needs something big right now. Battleground would be the perfect place to do it. Lesnar is there so it will get some extra viewers and something big going into Summerslam would be brilliant. No idea what it could be though. I hope it's not Triple H celebrating with Lesnar only to turn on him for whatever reason, because I mean where would Brock go from there? They'd just be putting all the focus on Triple H and Rollins (whilst Rollins is still Champion), unless Triple H turns on him for losing the belt, but I don't think Rollins is losing.
Someone helping Rollins to win? Owens perhaps after winning the US title? Leading to Owens slowly taking over Rollins place as the top heel in the eyes of the company and being THE man of The Authority whilst Rollins (even as Champion) gets fazed out and angered which kickstarts his feud with Triple H and eventual face turn?
Re: Reddit User Hyping Something BIG for Battleground Main Event
Brock wins the title, HHH turns on Rollins to start their feud.
Anyone who thinks otherwise has no clue.
