Creatively?
Dunn and Vince still there?
Who's gone, part time, full time and where on the card?
Still in existence? If so in the same capacity? :serious:
Still PG?
Jim Cornette as WWE Champ?

Let your mind wander a bit but try keep it fairly realistic

You never know. I remember reading some archived thread from 2003 with the exact same topic and people were so wrong. 90%+ of the roster wont be around. Things will be very different like always. Inring work will be extremly fastpaced and atlethic even more then today. Big guys will move like Uhaa. Small guys will move like Neville. Being an incredible atlethe will be the most important factor.

Program content - Network broadcasts ALL PPVs while Cable has Raw/SD only with rights to RR, WM, S/Slam & SS; NXT evolves from a Developmental to a flexi-contract show and ventures into crossover promotion Supercard PPVs with the likes of ROH & NJPW.

Creative - Hollywood writers are dropped for ex-wrestlers (see below) with Heyman overseeing way Vince does now.

PG-Era operates on Cable shows but, in a capacity where RAW is reduced to a 2hr Cable show but specific matches are showcased on Network to allow for MA and same for SD. Essentially Network broadcasts majority of programming.

Vince and Dunn retire and replaced by Steph & HHH (goes without saying) Cena becomes Head Creative, Bray as Promo director & Brock Head Trainer.

Divas get their own PPV & weekly show and co-promote with SHIMMER so as to keep talent scouted.

Face of WWE is Neville(!), Ambrose & Rollins while Heels are Rusev, Part-timer Owens, Reigns.

The only thing I'm completely sure about is that Nikki will still be divas champion & will be getting jobbed to by Sasha, Becky, Charlotte, as well as new divas & whatever current divas left, most likely only Paige, Naomi, Summer, & possibly Alicia.

I think it will be in an even worse position than it already is, creatively. However, there's lots of optimism with the way NXT and it's performers are shaping up. Let's hope they come through on the big stage.

Vince retired with Shane or his wife, or asskissers Kane or Cena in charge.
Because Stephanie and HHH resigned for being burned out or being retired by the shareholders for mismanagement.

I'd like to say cross promotion events, Kevin Dunn and Vince all the way gone, and fans growing the f*ck up........but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I would get rid of kevin dunn and find a replacement.

I would take jimmy jacobs from creative and put him with Cesaro, make him be sort of the 'devil in his ear'. I'd start it off by making him befriend Cesaro, acting like a face getting him to turn on Tyson Kidd. Essentially fabricating stories and gaining his trust. Tyson calls him out on making up stuff and begins feuding with Jimmy. It goes back and forth until it comes down to where Cesaro has to make a choice. Tyson is the one who seems to be the bad guy but the audience knows that Jimmy is just being the manipulator. Cesaro Sides with Jimmy, turning on Tyson. Eventually have Jimmy's true side come out when he gets caught manipulating Cesaro. Can drag that whole story arc out over a year.

I would continue to push Owens, Give him a feud with Wyatt. Let them work on their story together. If their feud gets hot, I'd lift some restrictions on the PG stuff. To get away with that I would have them do it on a network special that is marketed as not PG.

I would allow talent to be less scripted (assuming they work better that way)

I would do more network specials like the Austin Podcast. Maybe allow users to send in their questions via video and have them respond. I'd also extend the time of the podcast so that they can really get into more depth.

I would begin offering tours of the performance center, let them see the facilities, give them a chance to ask questions of the current performance center talents. With a correct waiver and nominal fee teach people how to run the ropes and take a bump onto a crash mat. To finish it off have the talent who are not on NXT perform matches in front of the audience on the tours. Offer additional merchandise, in ring photos etc. This would allow them to generate more cash for the building while at the same time give talents who aren't on NXT perform in front of a small audience.

Theres a lot I would do, but seeing I'm not there it's hard to know the exact behind the scenes aspects.
