Stephanie is the worst, because she books herself to dominate anyone on mic and that they can't bite back. Big Show because of his awfulness too. New Day because effective heels.
Even though I can appreciate him, I still can't help but find The Miz completely annoying.
Sensational Sherri was the first heel I truly disliked. I couldn't stand her and thought she was rather vulgar. Then one day the light bulb went off and I realised how completely sensational she was. She is now one of my all time faves.
Stephanie, Big Show, and the Ascension (not as much though).
Not because their heelish tactics are overwhelming, but because they either bring little to nothing in terms of improving the product, or they hurt it. It's a breath of fresh air when they are not featured on the regular content. I doubt I'd miss any of them for a second if their on-air television roles were dropped entirely and for good.
As far as non-X-Pac heat, wrestlers who actually provide real good heel tactics and behave in a way that actually makes you want to hate them...
Triple H can be a very good heel that I want to boo and still do even though I respect the man. He's in my Top 4 believable heels. Only up there with Flair, Rick Rude and Jake the Snake Roberts. Unless you include non wrestlers like Bobby Heenan and Vince McMahon
I really hated Shawn Michaels as a kid though, especially when he took out my favorite, British Bulldog from winning the Rumble that one year
It wasn't X-Pac heat but actual hatred heat when Sgt. Slaughter became an Iraqi sympathizer.
This was one of the most underrated heel runs of all-time. He burns the American flag and sympathizes with the enemy while our armed forces are risking their lives for this cause. Nobody found it funny and Slaughter had to have armed guards around his family 24/7.
It created Hogan's last great face run in WWF.
I was 8 during that run and I remember myself and my cousin laughing at how outrageous it was, then seeing American adults on TV freaking out about it like it was real and laughing even more.
Triple H and Stephanie should be separate options. At least, Triple H puts people over. He even sold a kick from Brie Bella like a HBK superkick. On the other hand, Stephanie seems like she derives pleasure from humiliating wrestlers.
Big Show. I can definitely respect his career & achievements but in this day and age I really have little interest in him being involved in any sort of main programming.
Rusev can barely even speak an once of English yet he was United States champion and will probably walk out of the elimination chamber Intercontinental champion
The guys feuds IMO have all been rather boring I mean him and Cena was alright though everything other then that pure boredom yawn
For me, it's Big Show. I hate his character and the product is so much better without him, though he seems like a great guy in person.
Secondly, The Ascension. I was one of the people on this forum who wanted to give them a chance regardless of their shit booking, but their mic-work is horrible (usually just scream into the mic like roid-rage) and they fail to connect with the audience to the point where it's embarrassing to watch.
Thirdly, Erick Rowan. Everything about him is incredibly bland and he sucks the life out of the show whenever he appears - I much prefer Luke Harper.
Lastly, I'd have to go with Naomi. I've heard she cut a good promo on SmackDown, but I've never once enjoyed her in the time she's been with WWE. It's not a personal attack against her either because (like Big Show) she seems pretty cool in person, but as a performer? I just don't enjoy her segments at all.
