will all the people who said back in the Fastlane buildup "Daniel Bryan has his moment last year, give some new a chance" say the same thing about Reigns?
What kind of mental giant would say "Daniel Bryan has his moment last year, give some new a chance" ??
Have people seen wrestling?? I am pretty sure Hulk Hogan main evented like 500 pay per views over the course of a decade.....in two different companies none the less.
Every excuse was given as to why Bryan shouldn't main event again. Mostly from fans of a certain someone. I saw Bryan getting compared to Cena, he shouldn't face Brock because he just came back from a severe neck injury and the he main evented last year so give it someone new.
The story wrote itself, but Vince and some people here would rather read a bad story written in crayon over an amazing piece of literature.
Probably not. Not that anyone else would be around to hear them even if they did though. If Reigns main events next year's Mania, the vast majority of people will stop watching the show entirely. He's a ratings killer, and I can't even imagine how much he'll kill them in an entire year.
You think the vast majority of people will stop watching wrestling? Like literally you think the company is going out of business next year. That's what would happen if the vast majority of fans stopped watching.
I don't think he will main event next year, but I also wouldn't lose my shit if he didn't. Time will tell, will have to see where the story takes us and such. I can see Rollins in the ME next year, maybe versus Ambrose or something culminating in the end of the feud or something with a Mania moment for one of those two.
Well if people had an issue with Bryan possibly getting two back to back main event slots at Wrestlemania but are completely fine with Reigns potentially doing the same then they need their f*cking heads examined.
Most of the guys saying that are idiotic Indians (A.K.A the worst WWE fans) who know absolute nothing about wrestling and end their shitty Facebook posts with "believe that". They actually believe Roman is the best wrestler in the world. They just support who ever WWE are pushing, because they aren't aware of Kayfabe and actually think Reigns's ability has got him to the top. That's why they have all worshipped Cena for so long.
They will support Roman Reigns for a long time. Although next year they probably will have ended their stupid hate for Daniel Bryan because he's trying to 'steal' Roman's moment. They have very bizarre mentalities.
I would be willing to bet money on him main eventing against either The Rock or John Cena, probably still as a face and still hated by the majority. This company is so out of touch.
First off we need to define "Main Event" are we talking Main Event as WWE perceives it a big match on the mania card or are we talking whining butthurt main event that only closing the show for the WWE World Title is the Main Event?
Barring and injury Reigns should be somewhere in a big match on next year's mania. Maybe it's for the World Title or maybe it's not. I could see Reigns main eventing vs. Cena or The Rock without the World Title on the line and I could see Reigns in a World Title match say a Triple Threat with his former partners in The Shield in the middle of mania and something like Rock vs. Brock or Sting vs. Taker or Cena/Hogan/Austin vs. some three team heel combo in the closing the show main event.
The amount of people who said Bryan shouldn't main event purely because he did last year is extremely low, I'd be surprised if there were more than a couple of people who believe that. Most people who had a problem with it thought Bryan/Lesnar would look stupid and it'd be daft telling the same stupid predictable underdog story again.

Daniel Bryan : Won the main event at Wrestlemania 30 only to be taken out of action for 7 months from career threatening injuries comes back to try and take down one of the most unstoppable forces in WWE history at the Main Event of Wrestlemania 31.
Yep, the "chosen one" story they've decided to roll with is much much better and not at all predictable
If nothing else, Reigns main eventing two Wrestlemanias in a row would be a brilliant trolling of Bryan marks who want Captain Tofu to headline every WM from now 'till he's older than Flair. :lol
Or the fact they commited to an up and comer beating lesnar before he leaves, become the one in one etc
Or.. You know.. Give Bryan everything. Then in 4 months we'll cry about how WWE doesn't build new stars.
Apparently main eventing 31 will prove something that couldnt be don't in mania 30..
Imagine Austin stealing every Rock moment etc. wrestlers create moments for themselves, those two found a way to share big matches / moments. Not shoe horning into each other's
If Roman mainevents next year, I doubt I'll be around to see it. I still haven't seen Fast Lane and I'll probably skip WM this year too. I'm just hoping some magical improvement will occur...
Lol so you're ready upset/pondering about reactions off stuff that's a year away? Some hardcore fans look to far into the future at times it's ridiculous.
But it's simple if you're a big fan of Bryan, Roman, Ambrose, Rollins, Wyatt or whoever then yes you probably want them being the top champion and main eventing as much as possible.
But on the flip if your not a guys biggest fan you probably prefer they not main event back to back Manias, have long title Reigns etc.
Put it like this just because someone accepts Wolverine in every comic doesn't mean they have to accept Deadpool/Spiderman in every comic.

Reigns is no way near ready. They didn't have to ruin Cesaro's momentum last year when he was red hot coming out of Mania. They didn't have to ruin Ambrose's momentum in the fall. They didn't have to ruin Wyatt to the point of having him re-debut just because his credibility was shot.
THAT is what I'd (personally) complain about how WWE doesn't build new stars. They try to manufacture their OWN stars, the ones they hand pick (you know, the successes like Sheamus and Del Rio) instead of building up the guys that the CROWD hand picks (Punk, Bryan, Ziggler, Cesaro, Ambrose, etc).
If they're so adamant about building Reigns up to becoming the next face after Cena? Fine, groom him with some solid feuds for 18 months (starting last summer) and have him main event WM 32. In the meantime, you could have Bryan feud with the likes of Rollins and Wyatt over the title this year. Hell, have Bryan drop the title to Wyatt at Summerslam if they please. They could build up multiple new stars all the while grooming their next company face instead of doing a sink-or-swim and setting him up for failure when he's greener than my lawn.
I wouldn't be surprised if he held the title for a year, turned heel and faced The Rock @ Wm32.
