I know there a lot of theards about this already but i get so bored with seeing these 2 guys in main event or being matched up with the main event guys...

How many times do we have to see Kane and Daniel Bryan???Daniel Bryan is so over he doesnt need Kane to put him over time and time again.

matching Roman Reigns with Big Show (i think) killed all the buzz around him. Seth Rollins was off having great matches with Cena and Lesnar. Dean Ambrose had a alright feud Bray Wyatt.....they stuck Reigns in Boring matches with Big Show.

they need to be pushed down to mid card.

dont give me "oh their are no other top big heels" thats a cop out! turn Ryback heel and build new big guys.

This heat is bizarre. I mean fair enough, hate Big Show all you want, stops a lot of momentum, can't move too well, but Kane? All these guys are doing are putting people over. You want guys like Barret, Ryback, or Cesaro in their position instead? No way could they handle the losses that Kane has received as an authority henchman.

All Kane has done all year is get in incredible shape (better than any vet and more then 75percent of the main roster) and make others look strong.

- Puts Shield over big in a squash match at WM.
- Puts on potentially MotN on the same PPV with Evolution vs The Shield despite how poorly done the feud was (sans those epic tombstones). How many other 47 year olds do you see bumping through flaming tables?
- Plays his role perfectly in every big tag match going (including the epic Survivor Series match) and is used to make those he's protecting (Rollins/Orton/The Authority) seem important. He's just a background character. A heavy. A gatekeeper to the mainevent. You need to calm the fuck down if you think he's taking someone elses spot.
- Before that had a fun miniature feud with Ziggler which helped build Ziggler for his big win at Survivor Series. I mean when was the last time we got a decent cage match?
- Puts an end to that Bunny nonsense like only Kane can.

Fuck this guy right?

The guy has two matches with Bryan (even though most were happy with the idea of them feuding before Mania to keep Bryan safe) and now its all "End this boring feud already!" Fuck how good the No DQ and Casket matches were, right? -_- You guys just need to accept that he's a threat with a legacy that can be tapped into at any moment and can act as cushion during periods of heavy losses. There's a reason Kane's featured so prominently - HE'S FUCKING USEFUL.

They remain because there hasn't been another Big Man wrestler on par with Kane or Big Show. Both men are big, but can move and speak on microphone just fine. What other big men have been able to do that in the past 10 years?

What's sad is that Kane's in seriously good shape, and Big Show's putting in some solid mic work. They've just passed their expiration date to be used in this capacity. If you told any one of us back in 2000 that Kane and Big Show would be in the final 4 of the 2015 Royal Rumble, I'm pretty sure that 99% of us would've laughed in your face. They're both living proof that WWE's booking issues and over-reliance on past talent is a major problem. WWE should be ashamed of themselves for even putting these guys in a position to get crapped on by fans (sound familiar?).

At least Big Show gets SOME sort of reaction from the crowd. Kane literally gets NOTHING. It's a shame because I just watched the 2002 Royal Rumble on the WWE Network (for just $9.99!!!!) and Kane got a HUGE reaction when he came down to the ring.

You want to know why that is? The "Roman Reigns problem" had that whole force fed winner garbage not actually gone through both Kane and Show would have gotten their usual feeding of 4 or 5 jobbers before being tossed by all the midcarders.. BUT..

Since Vince went on with his futile plan to try to sway the crowd Kane and Show Had to be there for one simple reason.. They are the only ones left in the company big enough to pull off eliminating all the hero faces in the embarrassing manner Vince called for. Except for Lesnar and Henry those two are also possible, but not feasible right now. The Only Ones With Enough Size in a wrestling company to be overwhelmingly dominate in a rumble situation. 4 People, just 4 on the whole roster of a wrestling company. And the only 2 that had a prayer of making sense.. Let that sink in.

I agree it was an idiotic finish top to bottom, but not Kane and Show's fault the roster has no size anymore.. That's whoever is in charge of talent relations..

The last time I found Kane entertaining was Team Hell No. He got to ride the Bryan wave for awhile and they both seemed to have fun with all the backstage segments they did.

Big Show, last time I found him entertaining, ummm, well... that's a tough one. Probably back in WCW honestly.

Kane is okay because he constantly jobs and rarely wins, although he kinda loses too often that he isn't seen as much as a threat, even if he still has main event matches. Big show is worse because he isn't credible at all anymore and the WWE thinks that Reigns beating him makes Reign look unstoppable but it really doesn't. Plus recently Big Show stopped any momentum Rowan was getting. I can see both of them going for a couple more years though, even if we're tired of them.

Korne and Big Slow are far past their prime and need to retire and leave room for other wrestlers on the roster.

The WWE has no one but themselves to blame for lack of heels. They keep beating the dead horse of the same old shit to the point they've left themselves stuck with them.

It's to the point nobody cares if Big Slow is heel or face, he's shifted dozens of times. He could dress up like Rebecca of Donnybrook Farm, wear a pigtails wig, skip to the ring blowing kisses at the audience and nobody would bat an eye.

And how many chokeslams have we seen over the years. I literally yawn every time they grab an opponent's neck. It was a big move....in the mid 90's, but now it's borderline stupid. Stupid due to they now don't feel they have to set up for it. And what about the "knockout punch"? I just can't buy this slow as xmas 'move'.

Retire while they still have a shred of respectability left.

I'm not sure Vince is stupid or brain dead as much as just out of touch.

Show still offers something. He shouldn't be as prominent as he is but he is tolerable. Corporate Kane is incredibly uninteresting though. Put the mask back on and be a badass or get the fuck out of the ring.

Fire the whole creative team.

Kane just had one of the best matches of his career last year and Big Show is in better shape than he's been in for years. I don't see a problem with them; it isn't like they're winning any matches that matter. They're big, intimidating dudes that go out there and make the young talent look good.

They are both legends & I have heard nice guys in real life, but they just gotta stop. It's bad, just bad. Every time they come out I just can't help but yawn because I know it's going to be a stinker since they are involved. It signals time for a piss break. They should be at home in their rocking chairs doing nothing. Give them a backstage role if you want, but just stop putting them in these major storylines.

The non-stop heel/face turns don't do them any favors either. Both have had great runs, but should be in a much reduced role at this stage of their careers. Maybe they should only appear at PPVs and work fewer TV dates to tone down on the overexposure. It's just nearly impossible to keep someone fresh when they've been roster full-timers for 15-20 years.

kane mark henry and big show meeded to retire 2 years ago. mark henry is most tolerable because he get injured so much hes basically semi retired

I agree... Big Show cant even last 5 minutes without looking like he is going to pass out, all he does is his punch and that punch even sucks, and what, hes in good shape? No even a few years ago he definitely was lighter, he needs to lose abit.

Kane, hes bearable but not as good as he was, he is older yes but why leave WWE when you are at your lowest... he needs to retire just like Show does.

Both bore me stupid!

The are well past their welcome as far as what they have to offer in ring but its not their fault. you can blame Laurinaitis because him as head of talent relations produced shit. WWE thought they had it made after WCW fell and until the last few years realized they had nothing in the wings to take over. HHH and NXT will hopefully be able to fix this with guys like Big Cass, Corbin, Stowman all in the works. Cass needs to bulk up, Corbin needs more time in ring, Stowman im not sure but he looks like a legit fucking monster. once these guys are ready watch how quick Show and Kane are dropped into agent rolls and taken off TV.
