Thinking sending him out there would force the fans into cheering thus making it appear the fans are cheering Reigns, yeah didn't work lmfao. Nothing could have got that crowd to cheer, Rock has returned too many times now to make anyone really give a shit anyways.
The fans booed with The Rock in the ring. The Rock. I'm gonna say it one more time, Daniel Bryan caused the fans to boo with The Rock in the damn ring. Quit crying claiming the fans are ruining it, the company is ruining it by shitting on THE. FAN. FAVORITE. You don't have to like him but it is full on time to admit he is one of the most over wrestlers EVER.

Its just fucking pathetic the lengths they'll go to to try and get this guy over. They should know this isn't the right guy when they have to rely on a legend coming out to try and make it looks as if the cheers are for him.
It would be like having Austin get eliminated halfway through in the 98 rumble, he's the guy but they don't want him to be. So in turn they shit on him.
Its like Vince doesn't realize the crowd plays an important part of the show. If you got the entire crowd booing the guy thats supposed to be the face and the hero it doesn't work. But it doesn't matter to him whoever he thinks should be on top will be on top regardless of what the crowd wants.
Whenever he has a guy he wants on top and others are getting cheered instead those others get shit on just to spite the crowd as a way of saying "You love who i tell you to love'>
He couldn't even save him. The Rock couldn't even make them cheer. Their plan backfired. You don't have to admit it, just understand it. They almost have no choice but to turn Reigns now. Fools. You could tell The Rock was disgusted during the interview with him and Reigns.
Rock = WWE knew Reigns was wrong choice, but did it anyway
So now the Rumble is over, we know now that the whole reason WWE brought The Rock in was to try and use the most popular superstar of all time to shield Reigns from the boo's they knew he'd get.
Which begs the question of if they knew that would happen, why make him the winner in the first place? I know you can say 'da look' but not even the look has stopped him from being the most booed person during the rumble.
I think we can all safely assume that the reason Bryan got eliminated so early on was because WWE thought by the time the end of the rumble came, the audience would have forgot about bryan and the rock would have sent everyone home happy.
WWE literally had to use a different superstar who wasn't even in the rumble, to try and get the crowd to cheer for the person who actually won the rumble. And even that didn't work.
You could see Rock seemed a bit put off by the amount of boo's too.
WWE there's not listening to your audience to push the guy you wanna push, and then there's stabbing yourself in the ears so you don't have to listen ever again, and that's what you're doing now.

Not only that what has Roman done to prove he can draw? Seriously they held bad PPV buys against Bryan but the PPV's Roman is in never did good heck neither where the views on Raw when he began his summer solo push

I'd be very interested not only in how much WM31 makes compared to previous years, but also if it is down compared to previous years, who they blame it on.
Cena v rusev is not a drawing match
Sting v hhh is a cool match but not enough to get someone to pay for the network who wouldn't have beforehand.
And Reigns v Brock is just ergh.
Bet they say that Brock isn't the draw he used to be when they get bad network subscriber levels.
The worse part is they had Bryan/Ziggler/Ambrose eliminated like jobbers by Kane/Bigshow, building up to Reigns eliminating them, so those guys were just sacrfiicial lambs to try and force Reigns to get cheered when he eliminates the heel team.. in other words, WWE thinks the fans are stupid and won't see through this bullshit.
and Roman is family or was he pissed that his effort was in vain? Even though Roman is Rock's cousin, I felt The Rock was more mad at the fact that he thought everyone would cheer when he showed up and instead they booed him (or Reigns) and the whole thing was a mess. I didn't think he cared too much about fans disrespecting his family.
Re: Rock = WWE knew Reigns was wrong choice, but did it anyway
Rock was pissed, I couldn't believe it. His backstage interview was weird. He fucking snapped at that interviewer for just asking about how it felt winning the Rumble, knowing Reigns would have to lie and say it felt great when you know he must be embarrassed as hell to be booed like that. Honestly, felt bad for both Reigns and Rock, but they have Vince and Dunn to blame for terrible decision making.
I fucking loved it when the crowd started with the Punk chants. That shit hasn't been around for months but they bring it back specifically for tonight. He did tell them to chant it at something that sucks unk
He probably had a flash back to his Rocky Maivia days.
