But I have mixed feelings on Harper's selling. Sometimes he no sells and I think he's trying to sell his gimmick, but lately it's been coming off awkward and makes his opponent look bad (see his match with Swagger on ME this past week where he had a headlock on him, Swagger picked him up and slammed him and Harper no sold the hell out of it and it looked really, really not good).
Harper has the edge on versatility over Rusev, but I'd say Rusev is a far superior seller and potentially the best on the roster.
Bias aside, I put Swagger at the top not necessarily because he's the best of everything, but he does exceptional in everything, so while Harper isn't the best seller and sometimes oversells or no sells, Swagger sells appropriately. Where Rusev lacks in grappling and mat moves, Swagger is better in. I'd even consider Swagger one of the fastest big guys and even faster than Harper, E, and Rusev.
All opinion, of course, because it's also based on preference and I really like grappling.
