Does this mean we aren't seeing either HHH or Undertaker vs Sting?(WWE posted both as fantasy matchups)

Its not a bad match at all, its just the fact that it comes across like HHH is giving himself the spotlight again. Like hes thinking to himself "hmm...me fighting Sting in his historic 15+ years in the making debut match at Mania? that'll look good on my resume" so we get that instead of finally getting possibly the biggest "what if" dream match theres ever been in wrestling. Its like a big fuck you to the fans.

I agree, it is Sting's fault. He did it for his own selfish reasons.

However, I have a hard time believing he's ever just had the aspirations to want to step in the ring with HHH without someone propositioning him to do so because HHH saw an opportunity to be apart of a historical moment when it could be used for someone else.

Could be wrong, but HHH's track record of this type of thing makes me believe otherwise.

My god, Nikki looks amazing in her plug at the end of that video.

It sounds a hell lot better then Sting vs Taker without a story line. Currently, there is standing heat between the two from Survivor Series. This makes more sense then any fantasy match between Sting and Taker or Wyatt.

If Taker can't compete then HHH/Sting will happen. DEAL WITH IT. Funny how people think HHH is "politicking" his way into a match with Sting when Sting himself has said in several interviews that if he can't wrestle Taker due to Taker not being able to compete then his second choice would be to face HHH.

I have no problem with the match AS LONG AS Taker doesn't wrestle on the card. If we get HHH-Sting AND say, Taker-Wyatt (like some dirtsheets are speculating), then there's going to be a huge backlash from the fans.

I'm pumped for HHH/Sting, through I may be because I am not as invested into Taker/Sting as others are; so I am completely fine with this matchup.

I feel like I cared more if it was the 90s....now...I just don't care that much about Sting..he was only hype to me because of his interactions with the NWO.

I have NEVER in my life seen or heard anyone expressing interest in seeing Sting vs HHH :lmao

Ole :trips I can just hear it now the moment Vince announced it at the McMahon dinner table on a Sunday night that Taker was uncertain:

HHH: You know Sting, Taker had his concussion and most likely won't be wrestling at WM31. However, I'd be delighted if you & I could tear the house down together. Whadduyou say?

Sting: Ok, sure...why not.

Sting to the media: Well since I can't get Taker, I'd love to have a match with HHH.

Sting has had 12 years to get square off against Undertaker if he wanted that match. If it doesn't happen it's on him. The guy waited too long. Undertaker is 50 years old, Sting is 55 it's not a dream match anymore. It's like watching George Foreman face Larry Holmes today. The match we were yearning for 2 decades ago.

Sting vs HHH isn't any better but at least it will tell a proper story. I don't see the appeal in Sting vs Taker. No one cares who wins, no heel face dynamic, no reason for it other than just because. They both retire together. Yeah I'll pass on that. It sounds beyond awful.
