On average, what's the age of the people that go to a live WWE event like RAW or Smackdown or a PPV.

Are people generally "normal" or a bunch of ******* and crazy fucks?

Please be honest.

Haven't been since '06 but I assume it's still chill as hell. Wrestling fans are cool dude.even though now days I think I would be the guy who would start shit with dumb fans lol I remember during the ladder match with rvd vs Jeff hardy at summerslam' 01 I was sitting next to some chick rooting for hardy and I started screaming every curse word I could about hardy just to Piss her and her bf off haha.

Guess I'm an asshole. Wanted to fist fight cent fans last time I went so I decided its not for me anymore. Going to mania though so get ready Cena fans lol

Last event I attended was the bash 2009 I believe (its in my sig haha). It was quite a bit of parents with kids around the ages of what seemed like 7-12 year olds, but also a descent amount of 18 to mid twenties I would say.

This event was in Sacramento CA, I was there with my two kids I believe they were 7 and 8 at the time and I remember feeling like my kids were younger than most there.

As for the atmosphere, nothing crazy but definitely exciting, I've never been to an event that I didn't feel excitement from the crowds atmosphere. My opinion, wrestling events are more exciting than any NFL, MMA, MLB, or NBA game that I have been too and I'm a die hard football fan and have been ringside for a UFC event.

When I was hardcore into the product, 1999-2001, the median age was solidly in the college to young professional range, roughly 18-34, with money to spend. Today it's much more varied, with a ton of kids, parents that aren't really interested, and the 18-34 demo accounts for a much smaller percentage than in years past, and appears to be lower income/education than the comparable age range in years past. It's sort of reverted to traditional stereotypes of wrestling fans vs. the mainstream audience they garnered in the Attitude Era (with its disposable income). It's why I wasn't terribly surprised when the new cable deal was announced. While the total number for ratings is still good, it's not exactly an audience advertisers are falling all over themselves to get.

I went to Raw this year. A wide age range. My section was very calm and respectful. It was a pleasant experience. It's weird when the arena goes black during non wrestling parts of the night and they show previews and commercials for WWE product. From watching at home, I entirely thought when a wrestler came out and they went to commercial that their music just looped and they hung out and got the crowd going. My only previous experience was a house show in the attitude era, so I didn't know how TV worked for the WWE nowadays. For my first time seeing a Raw, it was weird how quiet it was for most of the matches and the absence of commentary is definitely felt live. Even if it's shitty when you listen at home.
