The Flair Pairing Debate

This may not be such a current issue anymore, but I thought I would share my opinion on it anyway.

There's been talk going around that Ric Flair would be back with the company in somewhat of a larger on screen role. Likely a manager position in some fashion, a lot like Paul Heyman or Zeb Coulter. Although I would rather not see him on television at all, names like The Miz or Dolph Ziegler have been thrown around as to whom he may manage. So which of these two would be better for him to manage? Neither.

Honestly, with evolution becoming a thing again I see him coming into the fold of that story line first and foremost. we could be seeing him, as soon as payback, but nothing is ever a sure thing in WWE. Evolution's rebirth has the smell of something that will be short lived. In my guesstimation the group will once again disband after one or two more pay-per-views. This would be a way to see if he could actually handle the stress of travel and being part of a major storyline again or not.

After this story line plays out, if Flair absolutely has to be a manager using an NXT star may be the best way to go. The name that first stands out to me for this would be Sami Zayn. This guy has incredible potential in the ring, but every time i see him outside of the ring hes taken me straight to snoresville. Personally he reminds me of Christian, whom I've always liked, but still find boring. Sami does have a fan base, so if done right, an association with Flair could put him into main event status quickly. However as seen before, disastrous things can happen when Ric, is behind the wheel of a car.

Please feel free to share your opinion. Would you rather not see Flair at all, or do you have a different talent in mind? Thank you for reading, and have a nice day!

The crowd won't really boo Flair no matter what he does which is the main problem since faces don't often have a manager.

They should have a guy like Sandow or Ziggler get frustrated and walk out on camera as though they are quitting. Sandow coming out in a ridiculous costume and losing his mind over it would be gold. Then they return in a couple of weeks managed by Flair and they start winning. They could wrestle heel. Thing is those guys don't need anyone to talk for them.

Swagger would be a good choice but Zeb is doing a great job talking for him.
